problem with fire alarms disrupted two days of my stay how come no technician to fix fire alarm problem off hours ????? it’s a hilton not a motel 6!

The location is great, it was clean and reasonably quiet even though our room was adjacent to a major thoroughfare.

Compared to other hotels in the area it offers very few amenities and no breakfast. For the price we paid there are better options for a better value in the area and I doubt we would stay here again. And little things... Even if you don't include breakfast in the price of the room, like the coffee in the morning would run out and was never refilled. Hotel seems rather short of staff and they have front desk staff doing other duties that often makes the front desk seem unmanaged.

Comfortable rooms and beds,good shower,swimming pool and friendly,helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Can walk to a couple of restaurants and shops.

Very easy to get checked in. Staff was friendly and welcomed us every time we came in. Overall it was just a very pleasant experience

Could use a shuttle service to TMG and a water refuelling station in the walls for easy access to water.

Ron and all the front desk staff were so accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff make you feel welcome! The hot tub was an extra bonus in the pool!

It was okay.

I liked the hotel. It was quiet in the room area. The lobby was open to the cafeteria and could be quite noisy.

The cooked breakfast was lack luster. I would stay with the continental breakfast. The bed was as hard as a brick and the mattress was thinner than a usual mattress. It was on a wooden platform, not a box spring. I also did not like that they charged $50 incidental charge per day at check-in. The money was returned 4 days AFTER we checked out and it was verified we didn't charge meals to the room or damage anything.

I enjoyed my stay (despite comments above); would come again.

I think you are understaffed for prime time, i.e. evenings and breakfast(understandable, since the government pays people better to stay home than work at this time)!!! Your two-person staff had to really bust their butts to make us happy and, frankly, it was not great...they were great....not their faults...the crowd was too large! But they braved onwardly without an attitude...both evening and at breakfast! So sorry I cannot remember all their names, but heroic in their effort and attitudes!

More clean knives (giggle) and replenishment of the coffee station...I came down at 6:30 for a cup (yum); when I came down for breakfast (8:15), there was only one urn of regular and it was very very weak...and no regular half/half...just flavored...grr

Stayed to go to a conference at a church with my spouse.

The breakfast and the shower were excellent. The room was excellent as well.

I didn't go to the Swimming pool because no safety area to walk with Forearm crutches. The crutches would slipped on the wet floor. If there was some kind of carpet even if it gets wet but still safe for crutches to walk on like carpet mat, I would go swimming.
