It was a good visit besides being charged twice, the room was mostly good but there was hair in the tub and for some rea

Its a nice location. Near everything you would need.

I didn't like being charged again after I paid ahead of time now I have to wait for my money to be refunded. If that money was all I had I wouldn't have been able to do nothing like get food cause the breakfast was not really breakfast so I see why it was included but they should do better at breakfast.

Definetly would stay again but probably would have to bring own amenities.

Great location, park for kids and family right across the street, right off exit, microwave, refrigerator great, cabinet space great, cleansiness great, Nice lay out, and space. Pet friendly. Great

No amenities were in room such as: coffe pot, plate, pots, pans, silver ware, etc. Had to request amenities and took 4 hrs to receive and never received all amentities requested. Received most requested amenities stove top didnt work. No early check in as requested,

Everything was great and very reasonable as for the staff, they were very respectful and very professional, at all times. With the exception of one (Male) worker who was a little confused and disrespectful at times..

There's really nothing I disliked, because I had a great time there..!!!

they had a kitchen and have Amazing stuff

the gym didn’t have enough equipment in there … and sometimes stuff will forget about what you ask at the desk about extra sheets

the room was terrible, the shower was a wreck, broken handles, tv remote missing parts, no landline phone, cord was missing, “breakfast” was literally a choice between a package muffin and a granola bar, it’s embarrassing.

The location was good.

Room wasn't clean. Someone's underwear was left behind the bathroom door. Handle was suck for the shower. I was stuck taking a super hot shower. You had to call for kitchen wear and had to ask for dishwasher liquid. No dishwasher.

Not a great experience

Location is good..

Breakfast had no option or just oat and coffee. Someday you won't find breakfast at all. Just coffee and coco powder for breakfast. Cleanliness is very bad. You can find dog hairs in and around all floor mat and sometimes when you run ac on your bed too. I had a very bad experience with hotel, I did find Cockroach around my room. I have attached pictures of it. But staff did help me change my room. WiFi strength is very bad, there was regular drop in network you can't work with free WiFi, need to upgrade that.
