Roaches everywhere. Filthy rooms! Very Loud parties until 5-6 am. No one at front desk no answer to phone calls! Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had!

At 1st I thought the wooden floors was a good touch, instead of a dirty rug, little did I know that the floor and everything else was roach infested
I made the mistake of not reading reviews and realizing they've had a roach problem for a LONG TIME and haven't taken the time to call an exterminator. Also, the fact that they give you one roll of tissue paper and one set of towels PER WEEK or charge 1.00 per roll if you need it is tacky as hell. Btw, I read a review on another platform (Expedia) which DID reimburse the guest for the hellish stay but Booking said that it was out of the question, even after providing many pictures of the conditions we had to sleep in. So my advice, don't book here and don't use the Booking website

This place was the worst place i have ever stayed it had roaches so bad I had to keep raid next to the bed and spray as soon as I get up to do anything. It was disgusting everywhere walls had stuff all over I went and bought bleach to clean the floor the towel was black when I was done. I asked for the room to be serviced they said okay but the whole week I was here it was never cleaned. Towels was never replaced i had to go back down and get towels everyday. The toilet was just sitting on the floor not bolted no wax ring nothing! I had to ask the lady at the front if the roaches was going to pay for half my stay cause I was definitely sharing my single bed room with thousands of unwanted guest! I was never comfortable felt unsafe plus the bed felt like a 30 year old fold out couch!
