A great place to stay!

The property was very clean and comfortable. They offer a free snack in the evening along with a couple of free alcoholic beverages for those who want to partake. The breakfast selection was great!We didn’t have any issues during our stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect

Location was good, had everything very close. Staff was nice & very kind. Beds & pillows very comfy It's very nice that they have breakfast & the 5:30 kickback. Options are minimal on drinks but still nice.

Too many kids in pool, so we didn't go down to area. An adult only time would be nice, maybe 10-11pm? Room was pretty clean, except the pair of ankle socks we found in the corner 🤷‍♀️. Also, fridge works but does not get very cold. All in all great stay.

Great stay. Mary is AWESOME. Give her a raise.

The breakfast was great. Mary was so sweet awesome customer service. She worked front desk, bartender, cook, cleaning and it was busy but she kept her smile. She's the MVP. She needs a raise or a huge bonus. Thank you Mary for your welcome.💜

Well Mary should train the evening shift front desk employees about customer service...because they wasn't friendly at all. We were trying to buy snacks and no one helped us. So we just went to Mary and she took care of us.

Excellent service. Chair was broken in my room. I told them and was afraid I would have to pay for it, they assured me I wouldn’t have to and asked if I was ok.

The chair was broken, but, I think someone broke it and tried to put it back together. I didn’t get hurt, but I could have.

1st time staying!

Everything! Amazingly friendly staff at check-in. Clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed! Clean pool area. Great food at breakfast and dinner. Staff mixing drinks had great personality and recommendations! The assistant GM was helping out by cleaning tables and checking on guests both nights during dinner. We never walked passed any employee who didn't inquire about how we were doing or if we needed anything!

We were unaware of all the conventions that were at the hotel. We were unable to use the pool or hot tub due to all of the children that took it over.

The hotel staff was friendly and inviting. The property was well-maintained and clean. They were many amenities that I was surprised were included in our stay, complementary, breakfast, complementary, dinner, and free drinks.

There was nothing I did not like about our stay. Only wish I could’ve took a vantage of the free dinner and the alcoholic beverages, as we had a time schedule, and had to leave the property upon arrival.

good place to stay

the free food and drinks were a very nice add on with the room. location was close to everything and anything you could possibly want.

poorly lit parking lot on south side of building. tv was too small for room. refrigerator was very small compared to other hotels.

we loved our stay

the staff was so friendly, the general manager was great. room was clean. food was good, everything was 10 to 15 minutes away. bed was comfortable. if there was higher then 10 stars i would give that.

nothing except i wish we would have stayed longer.
