Check in seat attendant was exceptionally knowledgeable.

Close to the Amtrak station.

Window blinds on windows were not easy to use.

Goede plek om SF te bezoeken en uit de drukte te zitten.

Goede locatie ten opzichte van de stad, wel veel file richting de stad, kost extra tijd op bepaalde momenten. Parkeren prima bij hotel maar kost 24 dollar.

We chose this hotel because of how close it is to the train station, added bonus, very nice hotel.

It was very convenient to have a hotel within walking distance of the train station. Our bed in the hotel was very comfortable and the room's amenities very satisfactory. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We liked our meal in the hotel restaurant.

When we walked over from the train station, we went to the back of the hotel which is closest to the station. We thought that was the entrance, but it turned out to be the hotel exit. So, we had to walk around the building to find the hotel front. It would be nice to have some kind of signage to direct arriving train passengers to the front of the building.

Pleasant and comfortable.

Overall value, nice accommodations, nice room decor.

Despite having a microwave oven, there was no table ware to eat with, had to keep asking. Also, was not informed of parking fee, perhaps an error with both Booking.com and the hotel.

Ok but disappointed

Location.

No kettle in room. For Tea. The use of paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast . Hyatt usually has a much higher standard and this practice is no good for the environment.

Would not hesitate staying here again

The one bedroom suite was fully furnished and loaded. Very comfortable and a small balcony that you can step out on and looks over the bay to San Francisco.

Pool wasn't warm enough. Jacuzzi was over chlorinated and not hot enough. The "bar" only open Monday-Wednesday with no hard alcohol. No pens, no note pads in rooms. TV's are archaic with virtually no cable.

This was a very disappointing experience.

I liked the location because it was close to train but I was not expecting homeless people and gross elevators to get to hotel

I had reserved a specific room two weeks in advance but couldn’t get it. I wanted to relax with a few drinks in bar but it was closed. The most disappointing experience was the way we were treated by the check in clerk. She made us feel like we were a bother.

I expected it to be nicer for the price.

It’s close to the trsin station. The bed was nice.

The room seemed rather empty. Devoid of any ammenities. No towel bar in the bathroom. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Shampoo and stuff in the shower, but no shower cap. I need to use a cpap machine at night, but all the plugs by the bed were full.

Location

Staff finds a reason to justify not doing the basic task. Like one of the days the room wasn’t clean when asked they had various reasons some as ridiculous as they check if there is a no disturb sign outside your room at 7 am and then again at 8 am. If so they will not clean the room the entire day 😊 Parking is charged seperate and not part of the rate offered or even mentioned at time of check in Only good thing about the property is it’s location

My stay at Hyatt House was perfect!! I will stay again when I'm back in SF area!

The room was like a super nice apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. I loved having the balcony. Loved the full kitchen with all the dishes and utensils. Separate bedroom was especially nice. All of that comfort, PLUS...pet friendly!!

The only issue was that there was very tiny grassy area for pets. It was okay because we found a park a few blocks away.

Location

The view is a Emeryvill Train station with all what it means , Train horn, train Ring , station call for train before arrival and before departure, sound of break and everything related 24 hour, No free parking for the gust and even so it’s not safe at all , cost for parking is 22$ every day , so room rate plus tax plus unsafe parking is quite a lot for train stations noisy room, plus I ask the reception for one hour late check out due to airline charge and delay schedule but with so much rudeness I received No , we finish . There is a lot of good hotel around this area take a look before you decide to stay there
