I love ❤️ my stay at the Hotel

I like the Hotel, location, and it's restaurant. The hotel is excellent in all of these as well as it is very clean.

My mobile could not connect to the internet for almost two days until it worked. The recptionest at the time did her job to help but it took two days to be fixed.

Excellent

Hotel has a good jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool. I really like the gym, 3rd floor running track, and indoor basket ball half-court. Lobby gives an upscale look and its better than many 4 star hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in excellent spot and we can visit millennium park and river walk within 10 mins.

The following things were small hiccups which didn't impact our experience much but worth mentioning: - wifi was getting disconnected and could be a lot better. We had roaming on so it didn't matter much. - ice machine on 13th floor was not working for 4 days. - we called valet from room more than 30 mins before coming to the lobby, but he didn't not bring the car. It happened twice in our 5 days stay. However, the valet acted fast and brought the car in 5 mins once I mentioned that I called from the room.

Would definitely stay here again!

The car park is expensive, but really convenient and easy to use, so I was glad to have that facility. Check in was straight forward and the staff were lovely, and our room - a suite with balcony - with just perfect. Clean, comfortable, nice view of the park and a glimpse of the water. There were two AC units and they both worked well which was nice, but I didn't manage to find a sweet spot, I was either too hot or too cold, but that's probably user error! We had a small fridge which worked great and a coffee maker, but only a couple of sheets of coffee - it would have been nice to have more as we took the 'green' option of no housekeeping service. Sure we could have asked at reception though. The hotel was extremely quiet given its location,and the location is perfect - walkable to many things.

Need a little work on amenities included.

Location

Smell weed the whole stay, thick in our bathroom....and when you turn the heat up, you hear a clicking or cracking sound every 30 seconds or minute in the wall behind the headboard of the bed...very annoying when trying to sleep. Need microwave and breakfast included!

Good but expensive for what it is

Hotel was beautiful, bed was comfortable

Were given wrong rooms to start which they corrected but lots of kids running around and very loud. We weren't told where any of the facilities were at and there were no signs to direct you so we didn't use them. Hallways smelled of Marijuana

It was clean and pretty. Enjoyed the heaters on outside area where we had to wait for valet. Hotel was gorgeous and views are good

Valet was horrible all around. For 75$ a day i expected more organization. 1 or 2 people to work it max and long waits on busy street with very limited space. I got a supposed upgrade for it being our one year anniversary but room was not an upgrade at all and did not have balcony so i requested a change and was downgraded. No lil champagne cookies no nothing to accommodate or say congrats not necessary just would’ve been nice for it to be an upscale hotel. Also the “spa” doesn’t have massages and etc was not used.

gute Lage, Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar

Das Zimmer war OK und sauber als wir es bezogen. Auf einem Flyer wird man beim Check-In informiert, dass das Zimmer nur jeden 3. Tag gereinigt wird. Leider stand keine WC-Bürste zur Verfügung, dann hätten wir wenigstens selber reinigen können. Das Rezeption-Personal war sowohl beim Check-In als auch beim Check-Out ausgesprochen unhöflich und demotiviert. Der Safe funktionierte nicht, wir mussten 2 mal anrufen, bis das Problem behoben wurde. Dies hätte eigentlich durch das Reinigungspersonal erledigt weden müssen. Die Dusche wurde nicht repariert, obwohl wir die Rezeption am ersten Tag auf den Defekt aufmerksam machten. Bei einem Übernachtungspreis von über CHF 450.— hätten wir schon etwas mehr erwartet.

Wonderful Chicago weekend at Radisson/ Terrible booking company and parking

The room was pretty big and very clean. The bathtub was amazing ! The view was also nice. Breakfast was a little pricey, as you would expect for a hotel but good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

PARKING ! This was a nightmare. We originally booked through Priceline and their website stated the parking was free. I was a little shocked but was glad. The parking one site is $59.00 a day if you do NOT move your car. I called to ask why parking was said to be free and Priceline sent me to booking who sent me to price line who sent me back to booking where a rep hung up on me twice! Never was resolved. This was NOT the hotels issue but Priceline/booking. We also got stuck in the garage for half an hour on MLK day with little to no help. Finally my husband found a way out. The garage company was no help and so rude. Park else where!

Spacious room and ease of access.

Location of the hotel was right next to the office, there was a CVS located within the building so I was able to easily access anything I may need that I left or wanted a snack or anything.

The Television in my room didn't work the first night I was there, I notified the front desk and they moved me to a new room the next day.

the location is great, but the quality of the rroms is not at par with the cost. I think it’s overpriced. The room I got didnt look like the pictures and had really sad pillows and a thin blanket

The first night was horrible. They put me and my family with a 1 year old rigjt on top of the ballroom, i was in room 408 on the 4th floor. None of us could sleep until 3am. They did not move us until 5 am, at which point we only got two hours of sleep. Vanessa at the front desk was great and helped us at 5am but leading to there since 9pm of the night prior we only had bad staff expierence. They tried to make it roght with a discount and upgrade but again what a bad experience. The hotel is not recommended for families, lots of people drinking and being loud. would not go again.

Texted me day one to see how everything was and if could do anything to make stay better asked for two towels and a blanket. Also handle on shower dropped to floor as soon as I touched it Said they would come that day to fix. They came and handle still fell to floor when I attempted to use it No towels No blanket

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. We had a few hiccups with the room/TV's/phones in the room but the staff was accommodating. We're looking forward to a better stay there tomorrow. 😊

Room tired, unclean facilities, very overpriced, were not given room we paid for, security issues

The best and only good thing about this property is the location.

It was over-priced, I felt robbed having paid £930 for three nights here. It was worth £630 for 3 nights maximum. The rooms were tired and dirty. The complimentary toiletries were very poor quality. The door to our room was warped and you could see into our room through a crack on the outside. The safe wasn’t working and we felt unsafe. The staff couldn’t change our room or fix the door/safe. The swimming pool indoors was cold, the jacuzzi/hot tub had scum all around the edges (photos of this below). The ‘rooftop pool’ is on the 3rd floor so a bit of a scam as it’s made to look like you can see the Chicago skyline. We were not given the Park View room we paid for. We went for a buffet Breakfast at a neighbouring hotel and the difference was noticeable.

Rude manager wouldn't allow late check out even though the room qualified for late check out per website. Parking could not be validated so ended up pay each time getting in garage. Room was smaller than expected for $600 for one night.

The modern aesthetic and feel it had from the furniture to the artwork and design of the building and restaurant Lou ges and lobby.

Our room had the scent of man’s cologne or V05 hair gel. And the beds were not comfortable they were very hard to sleep on.

The location

We have informed them that it is our anniversary and they still gave us the worst room they have. in front of the room door there were flies everywhere, electricity was not working, then the TV was not working, then we woke up to a broken coffee maker plus the ice machine was also not working. There was no water in the room as well. The windows were so dirty we couldn’t see the view through The pool and the towels were so dirty! The pool is small and cold don't be fooled by the pictures!
