Booking.com needs to follow up with users, when we got there the hotel was booked full and Booking.com did not tell us that and luckily the hotel had a late cancellation.

Location
Air conditioning didn’t work. Our reservation said we would get a $6 breakfast coupon for each person—they told us we would only get 10% off. What false advertising. Our room smelled like chlorine due to the pool

Outside of building hides nice updated inside. Room was spacious and I love that sink was outside of bathroom!
10% off breakfast in restaurant was nice but a bigger voucher would be even better.

Libby Montana has only a handful of lodging options and I can compare two having spent one night at the Country Inn and three at the Venture during the Montucky Clear Cut snowboard event. For a few extra bucks the Venture offers: an elevator (vs stairs at CI), an indoor pool & hot tub (none at CI) a full restaurant (continental breakfast at CI), super nice folks (including one or two who work at both motels), and best of all: cookies in the afternoon! Pick up a chocolate chip or snickerdoodle when you have the chance, because they may run out! My king room was huge, comfy, and had a mini fridge to keep things cold.
The TV could be upgraded to a smart TV, and maybe a bigger screen. Nowadays I'd rather add YouTube, Netflix, etc as options to watching just the local channels.

What didn't we like? For the price over 2 nights the room was great, big enough yet cozy and comfy . The staff couldn't be friendlier. The food at the restaurant was great, ate breakfast and dinner. Big portions. Next time we stay in libby there is no question what hotel we're booking.
Nothing there we didn't like except maybe having to leave and come back home.

how loud the front desk people are in the morning and how loud people are in the parking lot just outside our room. Halls echo way too much.

Every thing from comfortable bed to some of the most friendly , wonderful staff we have ever had at a motel. Breakfast coupons and free bottles of water. We will definitely be back!

This is an older hotel that has recently undergone major upgrades. The carpet, paint and linens are fresh and new. The staff was so friendly and they even have daily housekeeping! The attached restaurant is again fully staffed and the breakfast was delicious. Your room came with $6 discount coupons but the prices were so reasonable. Our breakfast for 4 was $11!! I would highly recommend you giving this gem a try if you’re in the area.

The breakfast was great, I was in a hurry, so got a breakfast sandwich to go. Loved all the chainsaw carvings. The stay were pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Will visit there again when I go through the area.
