Bis auf das Frühstück ok.

Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich, die Lage ist toll. Zimmer sind sauber.

Das Frühstück fand ich sehr dürftig. Hätte mir Eier oder Waffeln o.ä. vorgestellt.

Nice beds, plenty of towels, good shower and spacious room.

The breakfast cannot be considered a breakfast. Sugar in everything, and very little of everything. This was a snack bag, not a breakfast. And as I'm not going to give neither me nor my child a nutbar with chocolate for breakfast we were hungry until we got out of the hotel around noon. There was no vacuum cleaning of floors only mopping, toilet blocked after two uses, smell of weed all over the hotel due to other guests.

I liked it because it was a great emergency hotel if you can't find anything else.

I'm a person in a wheelchair I asked the property if they had an accessible van when I arrived, and they said no. After paying for my Uber, I arrived at the property and noticed they had a mini van. So I decided to ask the front office if they would take me to the airport with a mini van, since I had 3 passengers, 1 wheelchair, 1 walker, and 3 luggage. And they proceeded to say no. They had a 12 passenger van that there was a total of 11 people, and they wouldn't accommodate me. I asked for a ride at 9 am. to be at my flight at 11. He said if you want a mini van, you have yo wait till 11. Other problems were the sidewalk leading up to the lobby. There were two side walks that were lifted about 1-2inches and would be a major trip hazard. THIS HOTEL IS NOT HADICAP FRIENDLY!!!!!!!

Close to AA corporate offices, clean ,staff we accommodating.

Shuttle service from Airport took over an hour, no continental breakfast as advertised instead a sack was given with a random cheap muffin like item and a yogurt. You will need to get breakfast elsewhere.

The only positive thing is that they offered free shuttle service.

My toilet wasn’t working and the hotel was dirty inside. I shared my concerns with them and they didn’t want to give me a different room. The grab and go breakfast is a joke a little orange juice bottle and a little protein bar.

I saw that they had airport shuttles to the Inn so when I arrived at DFW I made several calls to the front desk trying to get a ride. Nobody answered the phone after about 5 calls and I even left a message. They eventually called me back at 11:30am and informed me that the shuttle service ended at 11. I had to get an expensive Uber which could’ve been avoided if I was able to speak to someone. When I arrived, the building spelled like pasta sauce and cigarettes. I later came to find out when I left to run errands they had given another person a key to my room which she had to talk to the front desk about after she saw it was occupied. I only know about this because, the next day, I was talking to another women staying there and found out it was my room they had given her. Additionally, when I went to bed for the night I was practically naked and the front desk man opened my door and walked in to my room without knocking or calling the room’s phone first. Very unprofessional and scary as a solo young person. He asked me to go back down to the lobby in which they gave me troubles about my reservation- I had been there all day and this was around 10pm. They told me I was set but when I went back up my door was locked and had to go back down for them to reset my key. Overall, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable and I would never recommend this hotel.

You get what you pay for

The price. The room had a microwave and refrigerator.

They just put new paint and a new floor over damaged drywall and flooring. There were holes in the floor and ceiling. The room smelled like cigarettes. They didn't actually have breakfast. They had a "grab and go." Our door took some maneuvering to actually lock. They have a very small parking lot. The hotel is located on a very big hill, and the driveway is a very steep incline. They wouldn't give me an extra blanket for my son. They stated they didn't have any extra that they were on the beds.

Worth for what you pay

Stayed there for one night, not expensive and the shuttle to and from the airport was helpful since the ride was $22 each way, it was clean, little noisy from people walking upstairs but overall it was worth, ask to be in the 2nd floor

Not good, the whole facility smells like an Indian restaurant and they double charged me without refund so far

They double charged me when I checked in due to problems with their credit card machine, they only refunded the deposit after I checked out, but I paid the price and the deposit twice. So I’m still waiting for the refund of one full night plus deposit. They don’t react to my emails.

The only reason I stayed here was it was close to the airport and a doctors visit that I had scheduled. All of the other

The only positive was the location and basically all the other hotels were booked at the time of my booking

I was charged the $50 deposit for incidentals along with the actual charge for the hotel for the night of approximately $69 plus tax. However the hotel never credited back my $50 incidental authorization. There was absolutely no reason for them not to refund the deposit as the room was left as is, technically I was only at the hotel for under nine hours so this is the environmental. I have contacted the merchant and all I get is a run around that the manager who is able to issue the credit back to my card isn’t available, no matter when I call. It’s ridiculous, and I would certainly not recommend this hotel for any reason.
