Excellent except for the beds.

Location. Breakfast choices were outstanding. Pool was very clean. Staff were welcoming!!

Awesome staff. Friendly, clean rooms.. omelets and waffles were excellent pool clean as was the jacuzzi. Beautiful view of the river. Nice restaurant across the street. We will definitely be back

Very nice location, very nice facility.

I was very disappointed to see I could have canceled my original reservation and rebooked for $105 less for the night. My bad. But, maybe Booking.com could do something about that.

Nice stay for the price.

Pool area was nice and clean. Room was clean, good breakfast.

Went to use our jacuzzi tub, turned on the jets and it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. Lots of floating crap in the water.

Great place to stay for a fun summer get-away.

The service was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. My son LOVED the waffles that he got to make every morning. Very cozy and centrally located. Extremely quiet despite having many guests.

I am always impressed with AmericInn, this one was a super deal thanks to Booking.com

Very clean, quiet, easy access with lake views! Comfortable bed, but the pillows were kinda square and too full/hard, never slept on a pillow like that in a hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub so nice. Lake City is gorgeous.

great location with wonderful view of the lake. bed was way too stiff for my liking having had a prior back surgery. woke up stiff as a board. bed stiffness is my only complaint and am aware numerous people enjoy firm mattresses

I would certainly stay here again.

The view of the lake is beautiful. It was nice to sit out front and eat our dinner. We loved the make your own omelettes and waffles.

Would recommend

Very nice pool and hot tub. Great location to walk along the lake shore or just sit in front of hotel and watch the sailboats go by. You can make your own omelets for breakfast.

The view. We were on the lake but our window showed a tiny piece of the lake and the back side of a gas station.
