Gourmet coffee shop off the lobby. No breakfast, but good vending machine options. Very helpful front desk personnel pointed us toward the Taos Inn for Friday night happy hour. What fun with the locals!
The food truck across the street is supposedly the best in Taos, but it wasn’t open when we were there.

Location is great, staff is very friendly and responsive.
The lock on my door to the outside didn't work (wouldn't bolt), and I felt a little vulnerable being situated in the back of the building as a woman traveling alone. I didn't see any cameras or security back there.

Manager moved us to better room after we complained about noise from a "neighbor."
A construction zone outside on highway and refurbishing of motel. When it is done it will be good value

green space for the dogs would have been nice

Check in staff were good, helpful and phoned to see if everything was okay in the room.
Toilet paper was in a difficult position to reach. Heater is noisy.

Comfortable bed, inside looked recently refurbished.
Not many nearby restaurants, outside walkway was a little noisy and lack of privacy if the curtains were open

Good location. Peet’s Coffee bar available onsite.
I booked a deluxe renovated room with a pet on Booking.com. I was advised at check-in that pets aren’t permitted in renovated rooms. I was informed I’d be given a refund for the difference in cost in cash, which I was. The bed was very uncomfortable and creaky. My husband and I were tired from driving all day and didn’t sleep well. Staff was nice, but their policy should be stated on Booking.com.

Clean, value, safe quiet.
Bathroom size.

Moved to a newly renovated room. Nice floors, sink counter. Mini fridge- clean bright. Bed was comfortable.
Loved the vintage yellow phone
There was a Keurig coffe maker but no coffe in room.
Parking lot full with cones in the direct spots across from my room. No room to park near by my door- single woman travelling alone - made me a little nervous.

Great reception from staff. Newly renovated room with a comfortable bed.

Nothing. Willingness of staff to fix broken items.
Everything. Room stank of feet, bedding was old and sheets were harsh. Faucet was loose, unusable until staff looked at it, light fixture switch was broken. Bed was squeaky, old, uncomfortable. Facility offered no kleenex, plastic cups in wrapper that was dirty. Heater was ancient, noisy. Doorframe was not snug, weatherstripping absent. would not stay there again even if it was free.
