Unhappy stay

It was convenient.

There was no handicap accessible bathroom! I had messaged twice that I needed a handicap accessible room! No smoke detector! Just wires hanging out of the wall! Breakfast was not great! How can you have a hotel without coffee!!! The keurig coffee makers wouldn't work and the manager didn't know how to run them! The second morning there was a coffee maker but, no one knows how to make coffee!!

I was offered a free stay due to the inconvenience.

Breakfast was good. Temperature control was good. Workers were friendly.

Workers did not communicate in good English. Leak in bathroom ceiling (fluids from above bathroom dripped down)

Just passing thru

Place was clean, breakfast was freshly made for us., Conveniently located off the highway and not far from the race track. The floor was very new and nice. My bed was also brand new, still had the tag on it. Rooms were just regular rooms. We did have 2 small refrigerators, confusing but nice. Staff was kind

There was nothing that I hated. The lady at the front was a little hard to understand, but very nice. I had 2 rooms they had us on different floors,again i didn't hate it. Just confused me Bathroom soap options were not great. But we had our own...

Would not refund any portion of the stay regardless of the impact

Second floor outside door wouldn’t unlock. wife has arthritis. Only option was either use stairs or go through a window

Had dog barking 1 night n doors banging shut another.

close to locations of traveling

had to contact housekeeping to change bedding- vomit on pillow case! changed but housekeeping put new bedding on top of bed not on bed.

miserable, but since I couldn’t sleep I made it to work really early!

dirty, only 1 light bulb worked in the bathroom, 3 were out. shower head had 2 steams out the sides! the mattress was like laying on a bunch of balled up socks

Staff was very nice!!

Poor room lighting, bathroom sink wasn't even hip height, hair in tub and on 2 of 3 pillow cases, tv sat on a dresser that wasn't even knee height carpeting could use a good clean or redone. Bed was very uncomfortable.

The price seemed good.

The bed was way to soft. The sheets had holes in them and I learned that the town has a boil water mandate. No one should have been drinking it.

Passable

We didn't have the breakfast because we were going to a breakfast somewhere else. The staff was pleasant.Was accommodating to get us a room with working cable TV.

No elevator to the 3rd floor.

Awesome property

King Suite with jacuzzi tube was super comfortable, spacious, clean and HUGE! Next door to several restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again! And the price was the best part!

We slept very well. It would be nice to have a remote that had a snooze on it & that would shut its

1) No large paper plates, we used a bowl. 2) The sausage was burnt. 3) There were hardly any scrambled eggs. 4) Didn't find any orange juice. 5) No instructions on how to make the coffee and the cups there were too small, so if we didn't watch the coffee would run over. A lady guest helped us. 6) The rolls, etc were good. When we arrived the room temp was 61. We had to turn the heat on. After that the room temp was comfortable. The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom too small. I would suggest that the bathroom be enlarged by taking a small part from the room. And include a toilet be changed to a high rise for people with bad knees to get up easier.
