The hotel itself was clean

From the moment we walked in, the property was overrun with kids running the halls, screaming & slamming doors. At 1am, we could hear 4 men in the lobby 'talking' to each other. Woke up to kids running the hall and slamming doors. So much for quiet hours. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. We won't ever stay again.

Location was good for us and room was comfortable.

No hot water at breakfast are for tea

The hotel was convenient for our purposes. It has an open staircase rather than an elevator, which was not a problem because we were given a first floor room..it was large enough to accommodate our two bicycles. The biggest deal is that the bed was comfortable. We’ve actually had good luck with hotels such as these. We’ve stayed in much more expensive hotels with hard beds, and didn’t sleep a wink.

The bathroom was clean and adequate but not fancy. We wanted a reasonably priced hotel so the bathroom matched our expectations. I love it when a shower cap is available.
