Wish it was better.

They need one. Wasn't nothing there.

They had no Kleenex. No breakfast. I could hear the people in the next room arguing. My TV didn't work when I got in the room.

Very very disappointed!

Hotel is filthy- we requested room near each other and we had to wait a hour while they cleaned rooms because they knew but gave to someone else-Their exact words. We had to wait past check in time to get rooms and ended up being late to the wedding we were attending.

Bottom of the barrel hotel stay

Even though they were badly understaffed ..the few that were there were accommodating and polite

Because they were badly understaffed the room was not ready when we arrived ... Room not cleaned and bed not made ... After we returned from the concert ..the room had still not been cleaned ..we had the night person bring us up clean sheets and blankets and we made our own bed .

Absolutely awful. Nobody should be staying there with MOLD in the room

This experience was horrendous. For starters we couldn't check in until 345pm when it was supposed to be 3:00pm. Which isn't that big of a deal. Also, the TV didn't work. Which is very bad when traveling with a 3 year old and 10 year old. Also, the security latch lock on the door was completely broken. Which is also dangerous with a 3 year old who can just open the door and walk out with the security lock broken. And lastly and most importantly, there was MOLD in our room on the top of walls/,ceilings. Absolutely disgusting. I need somebody to get back to me asap and figure this out and how it can be corrected. Room 224 Super 8 by Wyndham - Canandaigua NY. I will attach the pictures below that describe my email. Overall very unhappy and borderline disgusted. This was my first time using this site and probably last if we can't come to a solution to fix this. Thank you. Pictures attached below

I DO NOT recommend staying here

Had to ask for an additional room, was told there were none at first and then by miracle they found one, my original reservation was for 2 nights, so I thought the additional room was for 2 nights because staff was told we would be there for 2 nights. When we returned the next afternoon we found that they had taken everything from the additional room. When we asked where our belongings were and at first nobody knew where they were. We lost retainers worth $90.00 and a phone charger worth $20 had to ask for a cot that we could not fit in room safely, and was so uncomfortable my daughter could not sleep. Sheets on bed were stained.

Nothing. Only exception was the receptionist. she was kind enough to cancel our reservation on site.

Everything. Parking lot is a disaster; lobby/windows are filthy; landscaping is an overgrown jungle; staff sitting around doing nothing and the room wasn't ready on time.
