Spacious suite, comfortable bed, good ac/heat. Breakfast was OK, waffle griddles, scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels, juice and coffee - coffee was good. Location near many eating options and other shopping. Also near schools and public pool. Parking garage under hotel. Good selection of complimentary snacks and beverages in the evening.
No coffee maker in room (listed as an amenity). No sheets in room for hide-a-bed. Hide-a-bed very uncomfortable, not suitable for anyone other than possibly a small child. Rollaway was acceptable. Price was cheaper through booking site than on hotel website.

We liked the location very much. We liked the secure underground parking and available carts. We liked the close proximity to our purpose for going. The gas station and Safeway was very welcome.
We expected a serve yourself breakfast like Hampton Inn. We timed going to breakfast at 8:00am thinking an hour would be fine before we had to leave for our function. There were 12 guests and most were asking about more scrambled eggs. The lady at the desk said after 3 people asked, "it will be at least 30 minutes before I can get any". We left at 8:50 and still no eggs for anyone. They did have hard boiled eggs and no one took any of those. Many resorted to waffles but the syrup was empty. When I asked if there was more, she said "It's right there". She did finally get syrup replenished, but by then our waffles were too cold. We wrote ahead asking for a room near the elevator. When we arrived at 5:45, she gave us a room as far away as we could be from the elevator. We gave up on the walk and went back and we were given a ada room that wasn't a suite like we had booked. The wifi was very spotty and weak and I finally gave up on that. The couch had grease spots where peoples heads would have rested.

Did not get the room I booked. Staff stated fault of Booking.com. Said I shouldn’t use Booking.com and refused to change the unacceptable room. I will be contacting Booking and hotel ownership with formal complaint when vacation is concluded.

Close to ferry terminal, easy access to Seattle.
Shopping mall within walking distance.
Rooms were very comfortable with separate bedroom and living room and bathtub.

The location to Winslow is the reason to stay here. Otherwise it was meh. The bed was super comfortable!
Pretty charmless. Especially for being in such a charming place! I’ve stayed in budget hotels that seemed nicer. And at $300 a night it felt at least $100 overpriced.

I had a corner room 233 I think. It was better than one I stated in the weekend prior.

Location is very handy with Starbucks, Safeway, small restaurants all across the street. Clean, friendly, no frills hotel. Would book again.
Booking.com advertised it was free early check-in, and that isn’t the case. $25. charge for early check in.

Staff were friendly and accomodating. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was fairly convenient to the ferry by car, but less so for walking into Winslow, due to heavy traffic. Parking was convenient.
The room was dark and overlooked a terrace decorated with dead potted plants. There was no blow drier and the toilet kept running. Although there was a kitchenette, there were no plates, cups or bowls - we probably could have asked for some. Breakfast options were limited.

Clean , location was convenient
I had called in advance to discuss the couch bed and wether it would be comfortable for a senior or adult. I was told yes. Does the agent truly know about the couch bed ? The couch bed is Wafer thin and you one can feel the springs upon lying on it . There are better couch beds that I’ve been in in hotels. Your couch beds all need to be replaced. Aside from a young child , sleeping on that couch should not be normalized and sold as a decent place to sleep by the hotel. This is misguided. Thank you.

House keeping is only available upon reqest.

We are moving to Bainbridge, so tired! The room was very clean, very quiet, and the beds comfortable….all for a reasonable price. Reece at the front desk told us of several dining options across the street and the Pub was great! Thanks
Nothing

Room was big and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but good for one night stay. I liked the DIY waffles and oat milk for lactose intolerants like me.
I think everything was good enough.

a pet friendly floor at the hotel that is our preference for a place to stay
there was a mini-fridge. we had considerable leftovers and put them in the fridge. Next morning we discovered the fridge either was not working or was not turned on. everything was warm. lots of wasted food. big disappointment.
tried to check in at 4:00. was told the room would not be ready for 30 minutes.
the room smelled fine, but 2 fairly large & visible rug stains.

Lovely roomy room, three windows looking out to street.
0.5 mile walk to ferry and waterside restaurants.
Nice breakfast, cook your own waffles, hard boiled eggs etc
Noise from gas station,
Use of disposable cardboard coffee cups and plastic water cups in roo
M and breakfast
4.1
decent location, sufficient features
lacks "soul"; endless, labyrinthine hallways; towels and blankets are low-quality; hotel confounded by island hotel monopoly status so no incentive to improve

no hot breakfast

Great location, many restaurants are within walking distance.
Full size pillows would be nice.

The pillows are terrible!
They are too small and not soft enough.
The quilts are nice but two are needed for warmth.

location, very friendly staff, comfort of the room
my room was not clean: there were left over wrappers on the floor by the refrigerator and under the bathroom sink: there was hair and dust in the bathtub

Breakfast was continental, good selection with fresh bagels and a selection of fruit. Plenty of tea choices and the coffee was plentiful also.

Room was spacious, bed was super comfortable!! Bathroom was a great size. And you can’t beat the location.
The staff were all super strange. The woman who checked me in kept talking about all the people in her life that died and check in took nearly 30 minutes because she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. And also kept telling me the most depressing life stories. Not appropriate conversations with a guest/stranger at all. About 15 minutes after getting to my room, someone knocked but said nothing - no “housekeeping”, “management”, nothing - & I was already in bed so I didn’t answer. The proceeded to try to enter my room - I had the safely latch on so they just slammed the door and left. I called the front desk to report this and all they could say was “That’s very strange” No it’s terrifying. I went down after packing all of my things and that’s when they confirmed it was housekeeping. If it wasn’t fir having already paid - I would have left. I kept seeing the same strange check in girl so eventually I would get up early enough and getting back late enough so there wouldn’t be anyone at the front desk I would have to talk to. I won’t be staying here when I come back later this year.
