Close to town . We walked to Liberty Burgers. Delicious!
Tight parking for our camper. Why are we Not camping . It is below freezing at night

Great location, easy check in. Things work. Stay here!
Lighting could be improved, as well as a desk lamp. But really only a detail.

Great location and perfect for my needs
I was in a lower unit and I could hear and feel every step in the unit above. Many sleepless nights because of the loud steps. I could even hear them when they moved in their bed
3.8
Walkable to everything!
Needed maintenance during our stay
3.8
Great location, easy to check in/out!
The people above us were very loud and disruptive both nights. Our toliet was also broken.

Good location.
The rooms Looked nothing like the pictures.

I liked the amenities and Number of towels provided in the room. It was really appreciated.
The room was different than the picture. It was quite small. The floor of the room was slippery and sticky I don’t know why. The lodge was situated at the back of the town and it was quite dark there.

It's a lodge - don't expect any fanciful service like a hotel. It is in the center of Jackson so places to eat are walkable. For most coming here the main destination is Yellowstone - so remember this is for a night's stay - and once you have that expectation set correct, you will not complain. The price is too steep in my opinion but that is predominantly supply & demand. The property does need a bit of a upkeep.

Near the centre of the town.
Stairs with the bagage

I wasn’t informed of a breakfast
Maybe I missed something like the spa but it was clean the beds were great the ac unit was loud and noisy.
Poor water pressure in shower

The floor sloped visibly downward. The cost for that room was exorbitant compared to the accommodation. for $330 per night the room should’ve been stellar, the floor should’ve been even, and the room should’ve been quiet enough not to hear the neighbors come and go.

room was updated and close to entrance of Grand Tetons; room was comfortable and clean
limited coffee supplies (1 bold, reg and decaf). Need at least 2 of each and restocked the same along with cream, etc.
3.8
Room was huge!
HVAC instructions were unclear

Right next to main bus hub. Park your car instead of driving everywhere like a dumb tourist. The buses go everywhere you need to go - faster and with no parking hassles.
Only idiots and newbies drive 30mph downtown on hard pack snow.

Close to bus stops at Miller Park and other in-town restaurants and shops. Sufficient parking.
Cold room; baseboard heater set all the way up, and room was still chilly, especially the bathroom (had no added heat source). Outside temp was mid-twenties during day and single digits at night. Small room with only pedestal sink in bathroom. Mattress seemed old and kind of lumpy.

Was a good location, walkable to restaurants etc. Off the beaten path so it was quiet and had a nice mountain view from the back. The mini kitchen had a fridge, Keurig and sink which were nice. The bed was comfortable.
The toilet is old, and would run for 5 minutes after flushing, it needed to be replaced. Told the desk and they supposedly fixed it but it was not fixed. Also the thermostat was broken. Told them about that too, they said they were going to call an electrician to have it replaced, but they never did. The room had some updates, but could have been a little nicer. Some mildew in the shower. Walls really thin, thankfully the neighbors weren't noisy.

clean, lotsa towel, comfy beds
thin walls, but the only disturbing noise came from 2 guys above us that had been at a bar & came back to their room around 10:30pm

Great location near downtown Jackson. Clean room and comfortable bed.

clean and comfortable
very close to bus stop for express to ski area
helpful staff
no bowls, plates etc but reception gave me paper items for use in microwave

Great location near bus stop. Large comfortable room with exceptional housekeeping service.

location, cleanliness, heating

Location excellent. Manager was nice.
Do not recommend staying in a lower unit. You can hear EVERY footstep of the guests above you. Obviously, it snows in JH this time of year. On the bottom floor you will be awaken by maintenance shoveling early in the morning. Great job though of maintaining the grounds. Shower/tub was nasty near floor from prior water damage.

The room was nice and very clean.
Our room was very very cold. Staff could have turned the heat on and had the room warm before our arrival.

keyless and contact less entry
the tv didn’t work
