Cheap motel value for a big price

Close to where I needed to be, staff was friendly

Cold (and some still frozen) breakfast items, bed felt like sleeping on just a box spring and was not comfortable

Clean, quiet, Friendly staff. The accessible room was PERFECT.

Stay Here Great Staff

Location was great. Staff are amazingly nice. Management offered to move us to an accessible room but the room we had was nice.

I was very happy with everything. We brought our dog and she was very comfortable and welcomed

Not freshly brewed coffee, eggs weren't real eggs, some mix & runny. Potatoes not fully cooked, crunchy in middle, not soft

The pool Upping checkout my kids were still hungry and staff was cleaning up the dining area, she allowed kids to grab some fruit, pastry and drink. That was really nice.

-Non-carpeted room floors -No elevator in service, had to carry up the stairs my families luggage alone with an 8-month old baby, a 10 and 8 year old helping. It was rough!

Good facility, good location

This hotel was very clean and well maintained, our room was clean beds were comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean, we enjoyed them. The breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety but what was provided was very good. The location was quiet and close to shopping and a few restaurants. Over all a good stay.

What we did not like was this hotel does not have an elevator. My wife has a physical disability and cannot go up stairs. We were originally assigned a room on the 2nd floor but when I explained our situation to the young man behind the desk he quickly gave us a room on the first floor. People need to be aware of this when booking, nowhere in the description does it mention this. Other than this it was a good enjoyable stay for us.

Main issue with this property is no elevator. Otherwise, great property.

This was a nice hotel if you need to be in Chino Valley, AZ.

The room was surprising large and very comfortable. And the breakfast was good - better than some other places we've stayed.

Staff were helpful but not overly personable.

Welcoming place to stay and won't leave hungry...

We've been here several times. Always welcoming, bed comfy, breakfast has great selection plus waffles!!

Good location and staff, room cleanings require multiple requests and too much noise for good sleep.

Very nice staff. Friendly and easy to talk to.

Very noisy, woken up multiple times every night and then very early in the morning with noise. Also had issues getting the room cleaned and picked up. I travel overseas and you get your room refreshed every day but it seems in the US that is now impossible and very disappointing considering the room rates are higher than before.
