They seem to not care about being a good hotel just do the bare minimum.

I liked that it was about 5 miles from Conway station for my son's baseball tournament and was cheaper than anything else I could find at almost 300 for two nights. Did like that the fridge wasn't mini it was like a medium little fridge.

I didn't like that the fridge was leaking under it and one of the night guys basically was like is that a problem for u and I said my foods still cold so if you don't care I don't care. Just letting you know. Then the next day before we head out for competition I find and kill a medium roach crawling in the bathroom floor. Later that night I find and kill a baby one in the bathroom. When I brought it to someone's attention at 11 at night. There were no rooms to move to and was told they would tell someone in the am about it and took pictures of the critters. The ice machines are wonky. Doesn't dispense much ice. The breakfast in the am is crappy. Two types of cereal, milk, packet oatmeal, coffee and a pancake maker. I needed to stay another night into Monday and was told I couldn't get a free night just a room change then was told they could take some money off so I ended up paying another 58 dollars for another night. Will never come back to this rinky dinky hotel again. Also was told the pool was heated at check in and it was infact not. It was almost ice cold. the floor was splotchy looked unkept. My daughter had bleached hair and went swimming and whatever is in the water turned her hair green. They couldn't tell us what was in the pool other than "a little bit of chlorine for health and safety reasons". We live an an apartment with a chlorine pool and it has never turned her hair a different color.

Very nice

They listen when I asked for a handicap room or at least a shower chair , they staff on both shifts was amazing..

The water in the shower wasn’t getting hot and it was extremely slippery in the bathtub

I will be back for sure best motel around

All the workers were all so nice most of the time at different hotels they have snobby people working but not at this motel every time I go they are always willing to help and are very nice

Will be looking for another hotel to stay. Was not pleased with our stay this time.

Location

We stayed 2 nights. No staff came with clean towels or to empty trash. The bathroom sink would not drain properly. We stay at Super 8 frequently.

very accommodating with changes

convenient location, comfortable bed, had every thing I needed. We stayed during a power outage at our house, we had to get multiple rooms and they were very accommodating and worked to get us in a room downstairs. Extending our stay was easy and they were very helpful and friendly.

bathtub and shower fixtures were older, but worked as they should.

save your money and go spend the extra to stay down the street at the holiday inn express or some other reputable hotel.

convenient, near amenities and close to the highway. price was appealing

staff was extremely rude. filthy room, sink and shower backed up and faucets did not work correctly. breakfast was a joke. coffee and. mandarin orange cups. manager could care less about our horrible experience. pool looked worn down and in need of repair. The bed was so horrible you sank into it and it stunk. The manager claims these are brand new mattresses to which I laughed and told him they are not.

we come to Conway twice a year for a total of ten days. probably won’t stay here again.

location clean room size

housekeeping was nonexistent. we were told to put trash and laundry in hall each day and housekeeping would replace. Every day we had to call the desk for towels and trash bags. they only came into our room once in five days. The sheets were only changed on our last night. Someone even left their master key in our room. desk clerks were very apologetic but service never got better.
