Excellent

Breakfast was great wish they had sausage and bacon the gentleman with the long hair was amazing and kept everything clean and stocked such a sweet soul and the house keeper I talked to that was from Texas was wonderful such a sweet heart

It was just to get 5 hrs of sleep, did the trick.

I would come to this hotel again.

Brenda checked us in and she’s really nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed at different hotels during this long trip and this is actually one of the good hotels that we stayed in. Breakfast selection was good. We were in a hurry to leave but we were able to bring lots of good packed breakfast with us.

The toilet flushes very weakly and got plugged easily. The fridge was also making a creaking noise every now and again, probably on an hourly basis, which caused my sleep to be constantly interrupted. I reported these to the staff who checked us out. He was apologetic and advised that he will make a note of this to the maintenance person.

If we were back in Cedar Rapids, we would most likely stay with you again.

The beds & bedding were great. Carpets need cleaned or replaced. Breakfast food & area were also great.

It was dirty, and the young man working the 7 am shift was beyond rude!

The pillows were decent.

The yogurt was expired. The bathroom in our room was not clean, the floor was sticky. The hand towels at the sink had obviously not been changed before our stay. My biggest issue was when I asked for a later check out time. I was told I would be charged for an additional half day. $56.00! I then inquired how much just one extra hour would be, and was told $20.00. This is preposterous. Any decent hotel would extend your checkout for a few hours for no charge, especially after staying two nights mid week. Severely disappointed. Oh and the hot tub jets were broken.

Pleasant , peaceful , and enjoyable

Everything was good and it was as good or better than any continental breakfast that I've ever had And the front desk employee was friendly , courteous , and very competent thank you and I will use your services again
