Pleasant
My room was very large and I had everything I was seeking: pet friendly, kitchenette, location. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful with an issue I had upon check-in.
The carpet around the window/air conditioner extending to under the bed was wet and made the room smell super mildewy. There was a couch and and arm chair I was nervous to sit on and covered them with towels before I did. A bunch of people (other guests) were hanging out in the middle of the parking pretty late drinking and smoking making it hard to sleep.

Disappointing
I love staying here and have a few times in the past
I was booked and pd for the room online and I got a different room NOTHING like what was online my tub was ran down patched up and the stove and fridge was dirty my dishwasher was rusted out and the ceiling had spots where it looks to be coming inward/collapsing for non-smoking rooms my room smelled a lot like a smoking section I have a disability called cystic fibrosis which is a genetic lung disease I struggle to breathe with every day and I was not able to move rooms bc they booked completely including the room I reserved and went without. they were not willing to rectify or make right my situation and it was not my fault as they admitted upon check in they messed up and gave my room away leaving me to have to settle for the room I'm stuck in at my reservation price in full. very unhappy

Do not stay there.
There was nothing to like about this property. Front Desk staff was very rude, to the point he was threatening.
Everything about this place was horrible.

I was sent away from a prepaid/nonrefundable reservation because the hotel was fully booked.
I prepaid for a non-refundable reservation thru Booking.com for a king suite, in which the Booking side showed there was just a couple of rooms left. I didn't arrive when I had planned, but notified the location of my new time of arrival, which they noted. Remember ~ it was a PRE-PAID rental. When I arrived, I was told the hotel was fully booked. "I am sorry. This hotel is fully booked and I still have to turn 3 other reservations away when they get here tonight." Then the apologetic clerk starts listing more expensive establishments that "might" still have openings. Those establishments were also booked but at least he was a friendly and empathetic rep. I appreciate that. I was so shocked, I forgot to ask about a refund for the non-refundable purchase, lost to me but not of my fault.
I don't think it was the hotel's fault. I think it's a "Booking problem". I didn't like that the clerk had to apologize for Extended Stay's over-booking stays and sending me away. I also didn't like that he was going to have to send 3 more reservations from Booking.com away that night, as well. It's poor communication between hotel branches and companies like Booking.com I didn't like that, when I got back on line, there was still "one room available" at that hotel, although the hotel was fully booked. In fact, I was angry!! Is it a Booking.com problem and an Extended Stay Franchise problem as well?
