Una de las mejores opciones en el corazón de Miami Beach

El alojamiento es perfecto si deseas alojarte en Miami Beach, ya que está próximo a todo pero alejado del bullicio turístico. La habitación es amplia y cómoda y dispone de todo lo necesario para hacerte una estancia agradable, ya que está prácticamente todo nuevo. Próximo a las principales atracciones turísticas de la zona (playa, Ocean Drive y Zona Art-Decó) Dispone de parking privado por si lo necesitas, lo cual es un privilegio en esta zona.

Cuando llegamos a las 18:05 el personal ya no estaba para hacer el check-in y a pesar de haberle enviado email y teléfono, no nos facilitó los códigos para hacer el acceso y tuvimos que llamar y esperar, lo cual puede ser un serio inconveniente dependiendo de la hora. Se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones adyacentes.

Super tolle Lage. An der Rezeption sind alle super freundlich und hilfbereit. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht. Die Größe ist für 2personen vollkommen ausreichend eher schon auf der größeren Seite. Es wird immer wieder Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, was ich ganz super fand. Wlan, Föhn und Pflegeprodukte waren auch vorhanden. Alles in allem würde ich das Meridian Guesthouse auf jedenfall wieder buchen 👍 🫶

Einzige Kleinigkeit wenn da jemand empfindlich ist.... Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Very nice

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and area is very quite.

We got the worst couple neighbors for one night, they were fighting through the night for hours and it did not let us sleep. It has nothing to do with the property but the experience overall.

Good spot if you're not paying Art Basel prices!

Location and staff were great. The amenities are fine. Parking is easy.

The building is well-maintained but the construction is thin walls and older features.

The staff was amazing!!! Always willing to help, even in the rain! The maid service made you feel at home, and the office staff was always there to make things better! We were very happy!!!

The people above us very heavy walkers, starting early in the morning. It is not the hotel's fault, but that was the only company we could feel solid about.

Outside courtyard was a great view. room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

The only issue was parking. However there is a nice parking garage across the street that was a good rate considering Miami parking fiasco.

A 2 star motel rated as 4 star hotel

location, room size

no lobby, no facilities, only one towel for a one bedroom suite, and they don’t have any more. No decorations, rusty basket as the cabinets

Location is the the thing that really makes this place exceptional. It's 5 minutes walk to the Lincoln Rd, and 15 minutes walk to the beach. It's perfect for exploring Miami Beach and convenient to get to the downtown. They provide complimentary coffee, which is great when you wake up and just need a kick to wake you up.

They charge $35/day for a parking spot even though parking garage across the street charges $20. They initially provided only one towel, even though there were 3 registered guests.

Nice hotel in South beach, with a quiet courtyard and within walking distance to main shopping streets, and close enough to Miamibeach too. We were very happy to be able to check in earlier and to drop our bags, big thanks to Luciana and Alex who helped to facilitate everything.

Absolutely horrific.

Honestly, absolutely nothing.

Do not stay at this property. The property looks absolutely nothing like it does in the photographs. Our room was dirty and run down, look at the photos attached for reference. It looks 100% better in photos than it does in actual life. Please be careful when booking this hotel as myself and our friends who booked couldn’t have been more disappointed. I checked out immediately after the second night, our room looked close enough like a hideout room where they would keep people in hiding before sentencing them. The manager was completely unhelpful and didn’t offer us any room swap or any sort of compensation which was completely upsetting. I tried to reason but in the end we just left. See some photos attached for reference.

I want to give a higher rating because of the inconsistent housekeeping, the overall was fair.

Liked the location of the hotel and the amenities (kitchen, w/d, d/w).

Inconsistent housekeeping service. They missed cleaning the 2nd room and they didn’t clean our room at all the next day. The management made excuses of why the room wasn’t clean in the first place.

Superb

The facilities were spotless and the staff took great pains to make sure our needs were met. Location was great. They had complementary still and sparkling water and laundry.

Shelves were metal rods with spaces between the rods. They made it very difficult to put anything on them.
