Centrally located downtown, comfy beds and friendly and helpful staff!

We alwasy stay at the Northern when visiting Billings - great staff, always friendly and very helpful. The beds are super comfortable and love that the hotel is centrally located in downtown.

The only downside is the water pressure in the showers, but I feel like that's at any hotel.

Wonderful stay hit the jackpot

Hotel was right downtown,excellent to walk everywhere.The room was very comfortable well equipped and the beds were quite comfortable.The staff of the hotel was 1st class best I ever encountered in my travels, going out of their way to help and assist you.Car parking was wgreat with free valet service, just outstanding

Great fora drive free day.

Excellent restaurant and diner. Easy parking in the multi storey. Very helpful staff. Excellent for downtown Billings.

It was good but should have been stellar for the price in Billings.

Comfortable. Good bar and restaurant but pricey . Staff very professional, helpful and friendly/

One elevator not working. Had to go down to the lobby in the am for coffee; no coffee machine nor refrigerator in the rooms? No cleaning awe is until the 3rd day but there was no notice that would be the case Restaurant bar good but over prices.

Excellent except for no coffee in room

Very nice hotel. Was going to the Alberta Bair Theatre so it was a short walk to the event. Free parkade parking was great. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable bed.

No coffee in the room. Excellent coffee in the lobby in the morning but I really missed coffee in my room.

Location, cleanliness and staff!

Rooms are a little small, did not like the free drink in the bar is not made clear on the choices right a way. Why is there not a discount for Bernie’s if you stay at the hotel?

Nice hotel, but lacks microwaves, mini fridges, and full length mirror in the bathroom.

Very clean and nice facility, staff was friendly, great location, parking was free, cost was reasonable, heating system kept room comfortable.

The bed was too soft, no mirror in bathroom, the mirror in the room was way too small and did not show my whole body, bedside duplex outlet stopped working temporarily, not having a microwave in the room was a major disappointment, no mini fridge also was disappointing. Won't be staying here again. Also Saturday night they had a massive party in the conference room and there was extremely loud music playing from 9pm to 11:15pm shaking my entire room keeping me from sleeping.

All in all, it was a lovely stay.

Beautiful, old hotel with very gracious ambience. The food in both restaurants was fantastic.

The water pressure in the shower was awful. It got plenty hot, it just wasn't much flow. The mark up on a bottle of wine was astronomical. $70.00 for a $15.00 bottle of wine.

Beautiful Hotel!

The room was comfortable, well-furnished and beautifully decorated. The mattress was very comfortable, not to firm or too soft. The room was quiet despite being in the heart of downtown Billings. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and did not disappoint.

No coffee machine or refrigerator.

This is a beautiful downtown property, with great staff, art, and vibe! The location is also great, as there are many fab shops and eateries within walking distance. In fact, two of the best are right downstairs, Bennies and Ten!

It didnt have enough working, accessible outlets. Just the one in the bathroom worked.

Bathroom was horribly small. No counter space in bathroom. Had to work to get around the door in bathroom. Toil let ran all night both nights. No full length mirror. Getting to your room from the parking garage was extremely inconvenient. You have to take two elevators to get to room. Light shines through curtains. Car alarm went off in parking garage all night long. Room was right above noisy motors on roof. Tv was too far from bed. No fridge. No.microwave. No coffee maker. Getting to the room was such a hassle. Won’t stay there again!!!!
