Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was quick and friendly on check in. The room had a full fridge, microwave, dishwasher and sink. There was a table large enough for 4 to sit at and eat. It had 2 large full size closets and the room was updated and clean. The breakfast was great, lots of choices.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower/toilet were separated from the sink and mirrow. But there was No door were the bathroom sink was and it was right next to one of the beds. If everyone isn't up at the same time it would be bothersome with the bright light and noise.

I receipt given to us when we left said 337.98 and when I checked our bank it says 360.00. What is up with that. We did not use the kitchen or any dishes. We did not use the stove...nothing. The room was super small and so was the bathroom. I had to hunt for the trash cans, the bathroom trash can was in the cabinet under the sink and the room trash can was in the kitchen under the sink. Also, several lights did not work.

parking was nice and close to everything

there was little to no hot water and the hotel workers didn’t seem to remedy the situation

With the exception of poor breakfast performance and clogged tub and sink everything else went well.

No attendant to replenish empty breakfast items. All coffee dispensers were empty and no person around to ask fro more.

The Tub and shower were cogged up.

Our room was nice, and the location was good.

Breakfast was not very good. They were out of quite a few items, eggs tasted like plastic, and the coffee was lukewarm.

The location. It was clean.

I booked for 2 nights, they only put me in for one. They couldn't find my reservation. I was supposed to be charged 267.. they charged 287. When I asked for a receipt, it said balance due was 429

For the money I spent, I expected more covenient

The place is new, clean, easy location, and competent staff. The clerk I complained to did cut 30 dollars off my second night stay.

All the locks had to be changed so that was a big pain. The swimming pool was closed for some welder to do repairs. They ran out of milk at breakfast. Also, I luggage cart doesn't cut it

The room was so comfortable!!

The bed and sheets were the best! Great location and close to everything we needed. The only complaint is the pool not being open until our last day.But that was because of the weather.

The kitchen net was nice no complaints there

The walls were thin we could hear the the neighbors all night and when someone used the restroom and the staff was not nice when i first got there. Now the night staff was not to bad. The room was so small.

Poor functioning elevator. Didn't get the room I booked.

Elevator was very noisy, also could smell the hydrolic oil. Twice I wondered if it was going to get stuck. I felt very unsafe. Swimming pool was open but was not heated as the clerk stated. I did not get the King bed that I wanted. The clerk refused to accommodate my request though I asked her three times. I asked for a discount and was told they couldn't give out any more discounts. I won't stay there again. High cost for terrible service and accommodations.
