Lage sehr gut zum Nationalpark
Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Uns hat der Aufzug gefehlt. Die schweren Koffer mussten wir über die Treppe nach oben schleppen

Room was very large. Wish we had time for the pool…..it was beautiful…..and also the hot tub. Property manager/owner was great to work with.

Location was good
Only two lights worked the rest were burned out. Shampoo conditioner body wash were empty. Floors were disgusting, refrigerator didn't get cold, freezer was one big chunk of ice therefore unusable so I had to go buy a cooler and ice. Pillows were flat, blankets were not clean (I was able to wipe lipstick off of them!!! Room was so dusty my allergies went crazy. Besides being in a good location it wasn't worth $10 let alone almost the $100 I paid for it..we only stayed in the room for 4 hours and decided to just sleep in my vehicle

Close to pappy and Harriet’s
It is an old place. Update needed

Dirty area, cold water. Put in an upstairs in the back, but I was alone and there was no elevator. Room locks were not good door handles weren’t safe so my room was open all day
Staff was not very friendly and the room had dead cockroaches on the floor

I paid for a king-size bed, and I got a full size when we got there. There were people outside making a drug deal thin the room look like It was run down and not cleaned right. There were cleaning supplies left in the bathroom. The sheets had a stain on them, and the bed was very hard. I will never stay there again. we booked for 2 nights, and we only stayed 1 night

They were responsive and came to my room when we needed our television setup. They also were responsive when we asked for cups and they had some available in the office. The water in the hot tub was hot, clean and the jets were working.
We had some trouble with the front door as it didn't seem secure and could be pushed open from the outside, though we locked it on the way out. There were a few chairs strewn on the floor in the garden area. In all fairness this was not addressed with the staff.

Well priced given the location and the average pricing of other spots. Close to the national park with a few restaurants nearby.
Pretty small spot with not much other things offered, few amenities

I liked the room which had a nice space to move around in with full comfort. Beds were comfortable, with nice lighting throughout the room when lit especially at night, and the bathroom was breathtaking. With it’s unique style of creative art of wildlife printed throughout the restroom.
I didn’t like how the staff approached me at times. It was either a hit or miss with me, and kept receiving calls in the morning regarding my vehicle & my check out time. lastly, I’d say when first checking in, my lady & I received the rules of the property which were fine at first. Then when on the way out was stopped and was told personally “Sir please do not smoke in the room” like it was assumed I’d do such a thing. I shrugged it off at first but still stuck with me as I continued my stay at this establishment.

quiet. comfortable bathtub.
exterior not well maintained.

The size of the room everything was nice

We ended up staying in the jungle room. It was too fun. At first when you drive in, it looks like a typical roadside motel, but once you're in the property, the rooms are super cute and fun.
The staff were super nice and chatty. They told us more about the different rooms and often checked up on us to make sure we figured out the lighting and spa.
The hotel is great. The area was tricky to navigate around but overall a fun experience.

the bathtub was great
bad location way over priced in my opinion

Very friendly gentleman on front desk , value for good price, thank you

The staff was helpful and friendly.
The property is an old motel and is not in the best shape. The furniture is serviceable but cheap. When we checked into the room we found an old carton of milk in the mini refrigerator that had been left by a previous guest.
3.7
nothing
I guess it’s to much to expect a spa tub that works. Perhaps towel racks are over rated… there was none in the suite I stayed in. There was no coffee maker in a suite.
Yucky, Yucky, Yucky…. If you like grey duck tape book the Tahiti suite… If you enjoy human fluid on the ceiling book the Desert Suite… Yucky, Yucky …. don’t stay in suite here.
3.7
large rooms with fridge and microwave
the WiFi is garbage, couldn’t get the tv to work, loud music and construction in the afternoon/ evening
3.7
Room was clean and comfortable
Wifi was horrible
3.7
There was no breakfast
The room was covered in dust. The dvd player didnt work. The towels felt like sandpaper. The bed was hard as a rock and was sinking in the middle.
3.7
Newly renovated rooms
Clean, comfortable and spacious
