Price and location
Horrible overall. The toilet didn’t have enough water pressure to flush. The shower made a screeching sound. The room was very humid, smelled like humidity and smoke even if it was a smoke free room and had to ose humidity absorbing bags. Checkout was at 10:00 AM. Way too early. Check out is always at 11:00 AM everywhere else. The lobby also smell awful like old, wet and dirty wood. The carpet floor felt damped. It was so awful that I just didn’t want to be there too long. Too much money for what it is. Also, the water from the shower and sink faucet smelled and tasted like metal.

Run down. Dirty. Cum stains on suite couch. Stains on toilet bowels.

Comfy bed, clean.
Website said breakfast, pool, and workout room. Had none. Also, the man who checked me in said person were okay on the phone. When my husband, dog and I pulled up, we parked right in front of the main door with my dog clearly visible. We were talking about travel plans and his home in Cali- he was very chatty. It was pleasant, but he did not ask me about my pet, and I forgot to say anything. While walking out, he even held the door for me. So it's quite strange he didn't bring up my dog. A cleaning lady saw my husband walk my dog the next morning, and he called my room angrily telling me he was charging me and extra $50 at checkout and keeping my deposit. Well, then he proceeded to immediately try to charge my card for an additional $157 and some change. So that was a blatant lie. Maybe make sure your employees have their policies straight. They kept my deposit. Not fair.

Ideal location for my travel. Delightfully helpful staff. Very clean, unlike when it was under previous management under a different name.
Nothing.

I liked the relatively low room rate. The bed was comfortable, the TV was fine and there was ample hot water. There were sufficient electrical outlets for charging phone and powering my CPAP machine. We did not hear any noise from other rooms. There was both a refrigerator and microwave that came in handy.
We rented a room for two nights. We drove from Onley to Oceana in Virginia Beach to see the annual air show. Better to pay for two nights what I would pay for one night if I rented a room in Virginia Beach. When we returned from VA Beach on Saturday night, we found our room had not been cleaned or serviced. I complained at the front desk and was told there is no service unless we specifically ask for it. The chambermaids knock on a door and if nobody answered, they will not go in to clean and replace towels. There was only one chair in the room so for a married couple, one person has to sit on a bed. This is a bare bones hotel. We were comfortable but won't go there again.
