We spent 2 comfortable nights with zero issues.

The room was a lot nicer than the pictures. We were happy with everything. We did not visit the pool.

Clean, well appointed, great location near stores, super base for Coachella, polo fields, golf etc.

Pool was out of order. Sofa bed mattress was very thin, uncomfortable for an adult. Weird layout, with a huge closet and bathroom, would have been better with a second bathroom instead.

I liked the location

Not clean, coffee pot was full of mold, the creamers of the coffee has liquids spilled over them, fridge was dirty, nothing smelled nice, bed was not comfortable, the comforter of the bed was not appealing at all. Definitely will not be choosing this location again and will not recommend.

Over all it was a very nice place.

I had trouble opening the door and they were quick to come and help me. Also when we turned on the tv it didn't work but they came pretty quickly to get it working.

There was no kleenex in the bathroom and there was no salt and pepper in kitchen.

staff was quick to respond and helpful and very accommodating with check-in and check-out.

good location, perfect for a couple, so peaceful and quiet on our backside when we were there.

shower curtain was a lil dingy and smelly at the bottom where it typically gets wet so just needs to be replaced not such a big deal because everything else was GREAT!

It was nice enough when we were there.

Casita was roomy and comfortable, but dated. Sandy was very accommodating extending our stay a day before we arrived, scheduling a plumbing repair and replacing coffee/TP.

Armoire drawers were broken and it housed a small TV. Dishwasher wasn’t fastened to the countertop, bathroom lighting is not very bright, an eye to detail by maid could be given more often when dusting and cleaning. “Mountain view” was old Town La Quinta, parking lot and some mountains in the background. Pools were pretty small with furniture for about 12 or less. The alternative to sitting out was our concrete balcony over the parking lot on wooden folding chairs. Information book about staying there was incomplete or outdated

Place was immaculate. Had everything you could possibly need. Super quiet, so nice. Lots of room. Loved the fireplace

No pool furniture at the small pool/spa. Could have used some lounge chairs or at least a table with chairs and an umbrella. Also it could definitely use a lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom. The lighting was great except in the bathroom for applying makeup.

nice stay and great location!

The place was like a whole apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and very nice.

The carbon monoxide detector and alarm system backup batteries required replacement and beeped periodically all night long. which interfered with our sleep.

Overall, was happy with the price and the unit outside of the issues mentioned above.

The location to downtown La Quinta was very convenient and most everything was within walking distance.

The king bed had a dip in the middle and it made your body slide down to where your feet were off the end of the bed (I'm 6'2"). The fan in the living room was out of balance and wobbled. The air conditioning did struggle to keep the unit below 78 degrees (it was 110 degrees at the time of our stay). The TV in both the living room and bedroom were very small considering the room size.
