Merveilleux séjour en famille

La vue était vraiment magnifique, ainsi que la piscine. Tout le monde était très gentil et serviable. Chambre/suite style condo très confortable.

Au début on a eu une chambre vraiment pas bien placé avec vue sur le parking, mais le lendemain on nous en a offert une autre avec vue sur l eau et c était magnifique.

A true getaway.

I loved the quiet. It truly was a getaway with all the amenities. If i needed anything the staff was more than accommodating and always had a smile. The views were spectacular and the whole place was centered around relaxation.

The elevators were intermittent on my last day. The staff was already looking into it by the time I noticed so I really had no worries. They were very reassuring.

i very upset I brought a close friend for her 1st time in FL we both read up on the place & we expected a very high

not much there were no restaurants or bars & almost impossible to get delivery of food to us ! the property was not the upper class place we were told it would be!

charged for cleaning yet no cleaning you had to go downstairs to request more towels sheets! the man at the desk was really very nice! But there is no beach , spa didn’t work It was not a high star hotel the balcony had nice views but it was pealing & in horrible condition! i was led to believe this was one of the best places but it wasn’t!

Very dated condo. Rugs stained, sofa bed not vacuumed, broken coffee pot, broken salad bowl, sliding drapes in living room broken and unusable for morning sun. TV in bedroom didn't work. brought all of this up and no real reaction by staff. Waited a week for response, none received.

unit was dated. stove was old and cooked unevenly. carpet old and needed stretching at minimum. sliding doors had no screens that led to bugs in apartment.

The pool, location to the beach and Flippers restaurant was excellent.

Our first room was not what I expected. I booked months in advance. The stove didn’t work so we could not cook anything. The staff was great and moved us to another room which was super.

the location is perfect, I would call it a gem of a spot! bounce you stay here you’ll think shat a perfect location!

the room are very spacious. the views out the rooms are too notch. the rest of the guests are great very friendly from guests to staff. top floors are where it is at but honestly there us a bad room in the place. it is really a killer spot! flippers next door is great and ordering for take out us a breeze! I would say mature kids only, it is more of a adult location but kids are welcomed.

IT WAS LOVELY - WE WOULD CHOOSE TO STAY THERE AGAIN. GREAT LOCATION.

WE ASKED FOR A ROOM WITH A VIEW AS WE WERE CELEBRATING OUR 10TH ANNIVERSARY. THEIR RESPONSE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING. THE VIEW FROM OUR SUITE WAS EXCEPTIONAL.

THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE - ALSO A BETTER SELECTION OF TELEVISION STATIONS/CABLE.

Great place if you don't need a beach.

Nice complex and room. Beautiful pool.

Location was several miles to beach, which was a big problem for us. Had to drive several miles to get to restaurant, store, etc. Very inconvenient location.

Cleanliness was average at best. One unit #603 was nice. The other unit #606 needs to be updated. We paid the same price for these 2 units.

Great weekend Gateway.

Great location. Beautiful view from the room. Room was big.

Bathroom needs to be updated. Very difficult to get in and out of the shower/jacuzzi.

Family weekend get away

We loved our stay at lovers key. My 8yr old thought it was the best place ever!! He loved being high up over looking the water. He thought the spa tub was amazing in the room. It ended up being a bit chilly during our stay. So the pool was out for my husband and I. But our 8 yr old still enjoyed it. And the hot tub was nice. We had the smaller room. But it was very cozy and quaint. Had everything we needed to make a meal in the room if we didn’t feel like going out. And there was even a place that delivered right to the room.

The property was in a good location for many activities. It is older but well kept.

The view is very different depending on what side of the resort you stay on. The property is older so some of the furniture is older but it was clean.
