Brought my own coffee maker . All the doors were hard to open and shut. Heard many slamming room doors in two days. My room bathroom door would not close or open properly. Room was clean and well stocked with towels .
The hotel staff was helpful. The ice machine did not work on the first floor. The room felt humid when we first got there. Not fond of your continental breakfest.
I think hotel had some flood damage.

Always enjoy our stay here. This is the 3rd time we have stayed.
My keys barely worked, but other than that it was a good stay. Booking again in August.

Cleaning staff was awesome!
Had to change rooms because toilet wasn't working. New room wasn't what we wanted but needed a bottom floor. Went to a function came back and smoke detector was beeping do desk clerk took the whole alarm out. I've stayed here many times this was my worst experience.

This hotel has a massive mold issue from previous water damage. We didn't even stay here, couldn't do it.
Everything.

The location.
There were bugs, it wasn't clean. It was outdated.

Friendly staff
Reserved a non smoking room, there were signs everywhere stating it was a non smoking facility. Opened the door to the room and the smell if smoke was over powering. Not the smell that someone smoked a cigarette it was more like someone lived there and smoked daily. I'm now fighting an upper respiratory infection 😫

Nothing
Doors slamming @ 3-4 AM, lazy night clerk was either sleeping or cared less. Damn good thing I didn't go deal with it, wouldn't have turned out well for anyone in my path.

Located off the highway
I didn’t have a key to get in the room the front desk attendant had to walk everyone to there room… the bathroom had a leak from the shower it was water everywhere, the sink was stopped up it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in they need to remodel the rooms

The night and morning front desk staff were nice.
Breakfast was not available as advertised. The elevator sounds as though it has one string left that is about to pop. The ice bucket had mold in it so I bought ice from the store nearby. The sofa bed had big stains on it. There were no extra clean blankets available although staff did what he could and I had to use many extra sheets. There was hair on the underside of the flat sheet on the bed. There is mold from leaking I assume on the ceiling. The towels were random and dingey. The first room 311 was extra rank so we settled for the lesser of two bad rooms which had all the issues I first stated. My daughter was with me and she has photos.

pillows were comfy that’s about it
Where do I start? The lobby is the nicest part of the hotel. Once we got booked in, headed to the room, there was pretty strong odd odor in the hall ways something I have never smelt before. the room was clean and in decent shape. However, doors were slammed all night and I got basically no rest. We got up early the next morning to find out that breakfast doesn’t exist downstairs ever though the sign is still up as of it does. Then to top it all off roof repair started at 730 that morning. Just a terrible experience all around.
