The bed was comfortable. The shower was clean and warm water.

A good facility needing decent overseers!

Location

Some of the staff members need to be retrained on how to attend and address customers' issues and needs.

We asked them to come and clean our room .no bossy showed up.we asked for towels .no body gave us .no bossy gave us soap

Need clean rooms.

Breakfast was good.

Room was not clean. Carpet had stains. Sofa had stains. Place give a vibe of shelter. Clean up room by myself.

Very disappointing. Wish they wouldn't have giving the room they gave me

The location is great. If they give you a room on the main hotel.

I was here 2 weeks a go and i got a nice room on the main side of hotel on the second floor. I came back this time and i was giving a room out side the main hotel. It look creepy and beat up. The carpet smell bad. I was very disappointed. The manager was not there it was a young men not friendly at all.

The lighting was outdated. There is no USB charged stations in the room and I could not get the television to pick up any stations.

BAD EXPERIENCE

Staff was friendly

Room was dirty. The bedside stand was sticky. Cleaned it. So wiped down entire room. TV sucked had to hold button to get it to work. No good channels mostly news or sports. Bathroom shower curtain was torn. Breakfast was okay once we got eggs. They do not monitor well. Never received a bill. Was charged $100 after they took payment for incidentals. Should include that when making reservations. And PEOPLE LIVE AT THAT HOTEL? That should be included. Trash piled by the elevators for our entire stay. Will never stay at that location again

Other than the idling of the car in front of my door it was a good stay

I like that the staff was very attentive and the place was clean and the continental breakfast was good.

Need to have something about noise control at a certain time. Need to have some type of security at a certain time of the night. People was idling their cars in front of people doors. Need to be addressed for people that has to get up and leave in the morning.

terrible internet never worked Wi-Fi advertised not worked. Elevators not working. Hot water not working. Roaches found.

Rude Employees

The employees mad my stay horrible

I was double charged, I was told I didn't put down a deposit. When I tried to get help I had to deal with the most rude people. The young lady that was new who made the mistakes was very nice and she was new.But the other employees were very unprofessional.
