Displease with the hotel.

Location

All ice machines out on every floor. Found stains on sheets. Hot water in shower did not work. Felt like the reviews did not match the quality of the hotel and price.

When I communicated with my special needs, they were so helpful. This was the best fit ever for me of any hotel!

My husband and I liked Comfort Inn’s close location to restaurants and local businesses. Handicapped parking was abundant and close to the front door.

There were a couple of dead insects in the bathroom and a live earwig also.

The stay was not enjoyable.

The breakfast was pretty good.

The room smelled, the sheets weren't exactly clean, we did not have a shower curtain or bath mat or enough toilet paper.

Disappointing

Staff was super friendly, very kind and responsive.

The lighting in the bathroom was AWFUL. The towels were not sanitary. Some were stained and didn't smell clean.

The staff way outshines the property itself. Will not stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk manager. The beds were comfortable.

The building is very loud, insulation is not good. You can hear plumbing, footsteps, voices, everything.

Staff’s main concern was swiping my credit to keep $100 available if there was damage to our room.

Not recommend for extended stay

Good location , Front desk was helpful

I just really did not like that I was there for an extended stay and did not receive service regularly even after I spoke to Manager I was still left with a dirty room for multiple days. Breakfast was a hit or miss but most of the time I was able to scrape the last of the dried up eggs left in the pan and toast a slice of bread. Seemed like you really had to be there early to be able to enjoy a decent breakfast.

Very good

The bed and pillows were comfortable. All of those who worked at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

The tub was slippery. A shower mat or non-slip surface in the tub would be good. The orange juice was watery. Having an "out of order" sign on the orange juice machine would be helpful.

Terrible, never again.

Won’t be staying here again.

The property is run-down. Furniture is beat up— in rooms and in breakfast lounge. Elevator floor was beat up and dirty. People are allowed to linger at the front entry door smoking cigarettes and drinking beer. I don’t need to be greeted by drunks.

nothing spectacular

clean room

remote to tv didn’t work and being holiday no one to fix. breakfast was limited due to Christmas but it’s why we chose to stay because breakfast was served. and not only did we psy$400.97 for our stay but was charged another $137 before we even got there and was not told and now claim they didn’t do it but it’s out of my bank account still waiting on a refund ! which is a big problem since it’s right after Christmas and I needed my money !

There is got to be somewhere better. Comfort inn is usually my go to. This one is disappointing.

The pool and Hot tub were nasty.The bed was hard, hurt my back.

Location

There was dog hair in the room. Everything I returned to the room it smelled like wet dog. I called early in the day to confirm my booking, but when I arrived at 11pm they were working to "clean" my room. They had given away my confirmed room to another party that had arrived early, and switched our rooms because mine had been cleaned after confirmation.
