good for one night

The room was clean, bed comfortable, and shower was hot, had a refrigerator and coffee maker.

hallway smelly, back door no lock, breakfast areas not clean or maintained.

In March, we made a reservation for the Econolodge in Jamestown for May 27, but on May 20, we received a telephone message that our reservation was cancelled because the location was overbooked! We were offered a room at the Super 8, which is across the parking lot. The reviews of the property refer to the Super 8.

When we checked out the following morning, there was no one at the reception desk for the 30 minutes we waited. We finally left the room key at the desk and departed, then followed up with two phone calls approximately 30 and 60 minutes later, without response. About four hours later, we called again and requested an receipt be sent to us via email.

Not worth the money.

Nothing! It was awful!

The rooms where filthy, no staff at all, complimentary breakfast was toast. Only toast!

Comfortable

The staff was wonderful. She was so kind and accommodating! My room got bumped up since there was an overbooking... HUGE perk! The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable!

There really wasn't much of a breakfast. The first day there only a slice of bread. The second say there was was more. My room smelled like an ashtray.

Met my need for a place to stay on a long trip home. Cleaner and more comfortable than I expected.

EZ access from Interstate. Quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast options quite limited and coffee was very weak.

It had snowed and the parking lot had not been cleared off so it was difficult getting in to park and getting to the entrance

It was fine the first time we stayed the 2nd time I made a reservation and when we arrived there was noone there to check us in we stayed for an hour in the lobby no employee showed up we had to find a room elsewhere I have not been reimbursed for my non stay very disappointed how do you run a business and not have employees work there shifts

The location was great for us by the interstate. the room and breakfast were fine.

with the word the way it is hotels have a problem with hot breakfast that just is what it is.

I booked the room from my phone and they couldn't find my reservation when we got there. so a little trouble checking in.

Will stay there again for the money and cleanliness.

Breakfast could have been a little better, for more healthy thinks . Room was very clean. No hand towels or washcloths. Great room for the money . We will stay there again.

OUTSTANDING VALUE

couldn’t believe the great value at such a cheap price. Super clean room .. and entire facility. Even got breakfast for free… unbelievable value. !!!!

Good choice for breakfast but weak coffee option. No decaf. Our GPS had a hard time finding motel.

Enjoyable accommodations in an area that was near our destination.

This is the second time we've used this motel. It is very convenient and comfortable. We like the continental breakfast - it's all we need to get us on our way.

Paint the back entrance door - it needs a little care.

Great stay on a small budget!

We stayed in Jamestown in June when the days were very long. The curtains were great for darkening the room and the bed was very comfortable, so we slept well. Everything was very clean. We especially enjoyed the conversations we had with the staff who seemed genuinely happy to be there. It was surprisingly good, even though it was very inexpensive. We’d stay there again!

Okay for the price, may not get the room you paid for.

We booked a king bed and they gave it to someone else so they downgraded us to a queen. The breakfast was okay but they were out of several items. The beds were memory foam so if you weigh above a certain amount, you sink down to the box spring.

Hotel was fine and clean. Great rate for a bights stay!

Booking.com messed up the reservation. I booked 2 rooms and they only had me for one. Staff fixed it though they put up my friend in the super 8 across the lot for the same price and gave him a suite. At least Econolodge got it right!

Very poor

The room itself was OK

This hotel charged me for the night I stayed but also charged me for the next night, in which I was never there at 120.00. I contacted them to fix it and they admitted their mistake. I waited 24 hours but there has been no refund initiated on my card, pending or posted. I have been forced to open a dispute with my credit card company.
