nice large room
The bathroom sink did not drain very well. Half full sink took hours to empty. Let desk clerk know when I checked in and out. Could not figure out the TV remote but did not really care.

Nothing.
This is advertised as a 4-star hotel on Booking.com. Complete fraud. The refurbished the lobby, but the rest of the facility is disgusting. Not even a human on site, checkin via kiosk. Rooms are disgusting, smelly, smoke and delapitated. Room door did no look safe due to age and wear. Nobody on site, had to call hotel phone number to complain, manager did not call us back. Parking lot empty the last week of June? We turned around and left, found a better room down the freeway. Had to dispute credit card charge as hotel apologizing for condition, but not refunding money.

Convenient location to highway, friendly staff.
Needs maintenance, simple things like paint and cleanliness.

Quite clean, very quiet on back side with low occupancy. Bed comfortable. Micro, refer. Vinyl floors. Looks like (new?) family/owners trying to clean up property after apparent long term neglect. Breakfast standard old fruit, cheap pastries, cereal.
Needs maintenance. Eg shower ceiling ill fitting unsealed sheetrock. Doesn’t feel welcoming. The smell of perfumed cleaning product was excessive in the lobby as if product not being diluted properly. So bad I worried about breathing fumes and effect on my dog (paws, ingesting). Not nearly as bad in the room.

Clean, great breakfast, clean and warm pool

Der Pool. Das Mexikanische Restaurant direkt davor! Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.
Pool-Halle wird scheinbar gerade renoviert, das stört etwas am Eindruck.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

There was a nice pool.
The staff (man at front desk & housekeeper) were rude and hurried us when we arrived and when we left in the morning. They seemed like they didn't want to deal with us. Stool leaked water, smell was bad. Probably won't stay there again.

Clean
Seemed a little tired. Although rooms are clean, hallways don’t seem clean.

Not at all good. Totally unacceptable
Better customer service. No elevator? . Hair dryer didn’t work.

Pet friendly rooms have been renovated to have tiled floor instead of carpet.
Breakfast was adequate (waffles, Jimmy Dean microwave breakfast sandwiches, yogurt).
Pet fee is $30, more costly than other hotels in the area. For charging a pet fee, they need to actually clean the room - flooring was filthy, had cat litter piled in the corners of the room’s floor.
Room only had coffee and no tea.

Location
Hotel appears to be run down. Roof falling apart. Smell in hallways

Broken office chair in the room was not pleasant to use.

The breakfast was ok.
The front desk clerk could barley speak English and was rude. I made reservations days before and almost left and got my money back because of how rude the guy was. He also made a charge go through my account of $100 that didn't go back into my account for 3 days without telling me it would take that long to go back into my account. The pool was cold and had bugs in it and the hot tub was also dirty and wasn't hot at all. There was mold on the ceiling in the pool room and paint was falling off the walls. Not just in the pool room but in the room we stayed in and in the hallways. There was a screw laying on the floor in front of our room and the molding was broke off the wall in our room, outside of our room and down the hallways. It smelt terrible throughout the entire building like moldy wet clothes and it was really hot in the whole building. The day we were checking out housekeeping woke us up at 8:30 in the morning by opening our door. They did this 3 more times before check out.. Check out isn't until 11. I will never stay at this hotel again. Terrible experience!!

Nothing! Scary! All hotels booked for miles around and only 4 cars in the parking lot
Insulation falling from the ceiling, overgrown bushes, pool under construction, no elevator- scary

Nice location right off the interstate.
Was dirty looking. Stains on carpet and bedspreads and marks and dirt on walls, doors and woodwork. Paid twice as much as I would normally pay and was extremely disappointed in the poor appearance of the accommodations.

Very simple check in process with a Kiosk and attendant. Quick process and kind staff. Breakfast was sufficient for both my wife and me, plus our 3 and 1 year old enjoyed it. Room was clean aside from some dirt and dust but I expect it was from the shoes of cleaning staff. Will stay again when we come back through Beaver!

Available on short notice.
Staff was very unpleasant. Rude, condescending, handled my phone without permission, grounds were very dirty. Very bad cigarette smell.

Room was clean
The check-in guy was onery and distracted

it wasn’t horribly filthy but felt neglected, stale, unkempt, and the hotel itself had a borderline abandoned feeling.
The owner asked me strange questions such as if I were a US citizen, my birthdate, and unnecessarily confirmed my home address and phone number. The pool was not in use. the hot tub was cold. The breakfast time was never given. I felt like the photos on the booking web page did not accurately depict the hotel.

The only thing I liked was the fact I was able to cancel and not get charged. We didn't even get a chance to stay because it was so unsatisfactory.
The room was not cleaned well, bedding was stained, carpet was dirty, pool was closed and we were not informed upon booking and found out at property.

The shower was the best ever- like a free back massage!
More electric sockets in room would have been useful.
