Voyage avec mes 2 garçons de 12 et 15 ans. Parfait pour découvrir la ville une première fois

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. La plage accessible à pieds en traversant la rue et on vous prête des serviettes de plage. La cuisine est bien équipée pour un séjour en famille. Le lit double était confortable. Nous y avons bien dormi. Nous disposions de nombreuses serviettes de toilette

La propreté est à revoir ! Dommage ! La cuisine était vraiment sale à notre arrivée, avec des traces de nourritures un peu partout, et de la vaisselle mal lavée. Il faudrait prévoir du linge de cuisine et un petit nécessaire de nettoyage, ce serait un plus pour les visiteurs. La vue sur l'arrière cour n'est pas extraordinaire, et les fenêtre sont vieilles et ne s'ouvrent pas facilement. Il m'a fallu appeler de l'aide pour pouvoir refermer la fenêtre de la cuisine. Le lit d'appoint est par-terre, sous le canapé. Il sent la cigarette (voire la marijuana) Il était assez sale. Un effort est nécessaire pour cet équipement. Le pommeau de la douche est d'un autre âge et ne coule pas bien. La douche n'est pas moderne et fixée au mur. Impossible de l'orienter correctement. Pas pratique pour une famille avec des personnes de tailles différentes.

I would never have rented a car had I know about the lack of parking.

the rooms were clean and comfortable

There was not mention that parking was extra per day! I also asked that no one come into the room to clean but someone did gain entry and steal my wallet. I called the Hotel back later and they said no one had turned in a wallet. Well of course they aren't going to turn one in because they stole it!

Room and location was ok but does not offer any assistance for tourist

Location close to beach, nice size rooms, CVS across street, full kitchen and laundry in the room, elevator was fast.

No handicap ramp, front desk man seemed racist when first arrived ignoring my question on if there was a handicap ramp. He seemed surprised that we were black checking in and could barely speak English or was pretending he didn’t understand. All he cared about was asking for my credit card to check in. No parking, loud area as cars constantly blowing horns all day because it sits on corner to a main bridge to the area. I will not stay here again when back in Miami.

Exceptional

We liked the location because it was one block from a beach, and the neighborhood was nice. Also, the family studio was perfect for us; there was: one room, a living with two couches, laundry facilities, and a full kitchen, all things beneficial for a family. Besides, the place was immaculate and had adequate furnitures and ornaments.

Nice hotel in Miami Beach

The suites were large, had a good kitchen and the bed comfortable. It was nice you could get beach chairs and umbrella for the beach.

The staff could have been friendlier. It would have been nice to have the patio furniture out on the front deck to use, like it shows in website pictures.

Size of room and washing machine and dryer in unit. CvS next door.

Trash left in the room on arrival. Not informed of accommodations I have at my disposal included in the resort fee (not a resort and didn't have happy hour like it advertised). Staff was not friendly at checkout.

Super family friendly, clean and convenient beach access.

Conveniently located to the beachwalk. Very quiet and clean. This is an uber family friendly hotel accommodation - the studio we stayed in was more than ample for a family of four. Studio is well-furnished -kitchen, washer/dryer etc and daily housekeeping was optional.

Awesome stay

I loved my stay, it was great. The room is modern and broad and the hostess was really kind. Def would go again. I highly recommend! it’s a great deal for this area of Miami.

The stafff wasn't nice and gave us a felling that we are disturbing them with what ever they were doing Location was ok, not in the center but good enough.

Big room, the kitchen and all the stuff in the room

No help in bringing bags in and out of the hotel. The food (coffee, ice cream) I bought from the hotel shopping place, were all way out of date.

location is good

the person in charge is the most disrespectful person I know. From the moment we were welcomed they asked us to pay in a very inconvenient way. I explained to him that he was missing a person and that this person would come to pay a little later. The person in charge insulted us and made serious comments, including many insults...he wanted to fight with us.
