The breakfast was good, wished it had more options especially for coffee creamers. The hotel was super clean and inviting.
While the bed looked comfortable, it was too hard for my liking. The room was also too hot as they have a lock on how low the AC can go. Some people do like it colder than 69, just saying.

Good location, great service.

Location good. Room comfortable. Breakfast decent. Breakfast room staff were very good.
Front desk staff were slow and unfriendly. This is the only suburban hotel I’ve encountered that levies a parking charge. Housekeeping was only available by special request, not even automatically on a reduced schedule. We’ve used this hotel often in the past, but it has deteriorated as a value to the point we are unlikely to book there again.

The workers were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean with a lovely shower.
The lamp and outlet on one side of the bedroom was not working so I was not able to charge my devices on my side of the bed. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was so low that we could barely rinse soap off. The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. The food was really horrible and overpriced. The free snacks were very limited. The pool was not functioning so we couldn’t utilize it during our stay.

Breakfast and the breakfast room was amazing and the staff were also wonderful!
We actually had a bad experience when we first checked in. Our room (connecting room )was apparently located next to a room with a very loud party that obviously had more than four occupants in it. They were very loud past the curfew, quiet hours, and it did not seem like the staff had it under control. Finally with much Pressure, they gave us a new room. But we had to be almost rude to get another room.

The location was perfect for what we came to the area for. We were within 10 minutes of everything we needed to access.
We were given a different room than what we booked/had confirmation for. We were a family of 4 and had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When checking in we were told we had been given a room with 1 king bed. When we showed the confirmation email the clerk was immediately dismissive, rude, defensive, and offered to book us a room at a different hotel. She was unapologetic, laughed while she told her coworker our issue, never offered a solution and simply told us “the couch pulls out”. Her behavior and poor handling of the situation was disappointing, frustrating, and extremely disrespectful. She never once acted as if she cared and informed us that at the time of our reservation they did in fact have 2 queen bed rooms available but then the rooms were oversold so we were moved to a king as if that was perfectly acceptable and we shouldn’t be complaining about our new sleeping arrangements or the fact that we now were short an entire bed. A pull out sofa and a queen bed are not the same thing. It was just a horrible experience all around from a costumer service standpoint.

Generous room size with stocked kitchen
Checkin Staff person was a bit rude and unfriendly . Checkout person was dismissive and distant. Unprofessional attitude was a stark contrast to breakfast staff who were gracious and welcoming as well as very attentive.2

Location
Was left at the front desk more than 20 minutes before someone assisted me. Sent me to a dirty room 212.. Had to be moved to another clean room on the 5th floor.. The room had no heat. The system was broken with fridget temperatures. It is one of the coldest Xmas we have ever experienced. The front desk said they entire hotel has this issue. To call and speak to a manager during the week. Checked in around 12am and left by 5am room to fridget.
