Very comfortable and amazing breakfast. Couldn’t use the pool

Location and bed was comfortable.

The pool gate was wide open the the parking lot and there were men drinking out by the bbq grill. It made my family very uncomfortable- we did not and up using the pool because of this. I don’t want my children being snatched up eighth through the gate by potential predators.

cleanness could be better pay attention to small detail

i chose this place because years ago it use to be a much better place the outside sitting area near the pool was always a nice view

the fact that the room i was in the bathroom door would not close,the floors were still dirty with trash ac was nasty dust was all over it liquid’s was on top on the flap inside refrigerator was nasty one of the beds spreads had make up on it call to the front desk all she recommended was to send maintenance for the door housekeeper for the cleaning because the hotel was going through renovations if the hotel is undergoing renovations don’t put a guest in the room..if you’re going to put them in that room make sure you tell them that before you proceed with taking their money it gives them a choice to stay or not or it allows the front desk agent to offer discount

We had to stay here since our Airbnb was awful and this place definitely exceeded our expectations.

Location felt very safe. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable.

I wish there were more options for breakfast foods.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was fine. The attendants were friendly and one even assisted me in making a "special" waffle that was delicious. I was hoping for fresh eggs and possibly gravy but it was the usual fare of muffins, toast, and prefab breakfast sandwiches, cereal, etc. The rooms were clean. The noise level was very quiet. Lots of parking. All in all, it was a great stay for 5 days. Thank you to all the staff.

The Wi-Fi was very spotty and didn't do any good on my android phone.

Very loud and noisy. Not a relaxing stay

My room was booked back in March, when I get here I get placed in the last room on the hall by the door. Very loud and very noisy hotel. I need a vacation from a vacation. Never again will I stay in this loud noisy hotel.

No comfort. There were ants in the room and the handle on the bathroom sink came off. Rooms need some upgrading. Room did not have a fresh smell. Only positive things was that the staff was super nice and friendly.

The staff was very friendly. This is a nice property but housekeeping should pay more attention and detail when cleaning

Nice location. It was quiet and I felt safe.

My room was full of ladybugs. It could've been cleaner. There was hair and peanuts on the floor in the bathroom. I didn't complain because I was tired and I bring my own disinfectant and cleaning supplies everywhere I stay.

It was a disappointment

Staff was nice

Our room was terrible! It’s quite obvious that the management, the cleaning staff and maintenance staff did not know how to do their job! The room # 426 was basically a dirty, not clean, shower was filthy, scum all in the shower door track and corners, it leaked water all over the floor. There was hair in the bathroom drawers. The couch was torn and stained. The bathroom door and casing had pry marks on them. The door casing had woods screws holding it together. When I told the the front desk said that they had to pry people out of the bathroom many times! I have pictures of everything! The two day price was around $292 when it should been more like $59 per night for a dirty motel! The place was a terrible, unkept, dirty hotel. I tried to find another place but every place I checked was booked because of an event happening in the area! So, we sprayed everything down with lysol. That was best we could do! WE WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN! Honestly, they should have refunded our money.

Union entry to my room there were no lights. Instead of someone offering to fix the situation they wanted me to flip a breaker box and never came to check them f everything worked out fine. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty.

my room was not really clean, a previous guest dirty footies we’re beside the bed, I found long stands on hairs on the floor and a pill I guess they dropped it I didn’t complain because I was with my disabled mother and l just had hand surgery and took all I had to get in the room which was on the very top floor and a at the very end of the hall.
