Lovely hotel in nice area!

Beautiful hotel. Lovely, nice neighborhood. Close to the freeway and close to downtown and German Village. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Pillows and beds could be a bit more comfortable. Wish breakfast had regular bacon and sausage instead of turkey sausage.

Freezing cold room with no shower soap and uneven shower water temperature.

Never had breakfast.nice fairly new hotel..

Shower water kept going from hot to cold,the room thermostat was useless.i froze the entire time in the room. No soap in the shower soap dispenser.

Disappointed at failure to have a properly functioning cooling system.

Location

Temperature regulation system in room did not operate correctly, which meant that my wife and I did not sleep well any of our 3 nights at your hotel. We Set temperature at 65 at night, but after going down to near that level, fan turned off and temperature rose to 69, which caused us to wake up feeling hot. We would then get up and hit temperature button causing cool air to start blowing again. Maintenance staff were unable to fix this. Very unhappy with this most fundamental aspect of our stay. Plus a more minor point. There were no caffeinated tea bags in room when we arrived. Basic stuff that the facility should get right, not cause us to have to call front desk.

Very good overall, a bit expensive for its location and the gym it offers.

Liked the breakfast and how spacious the room was

There wasn't enough shampoo and conditioner although I mentioned it to the reception. There was also a bit of dust in certain parts of the room.

Très bien mais chambre défraîchie et ménage à revoir.

Localisation parfaite, avec parking gratuit. À côté, la boulangerie La Châtelaine pour un café et déjeuner léger, en face de jolies boutiques. A quelques minutes du campus OSU et accès rapide à la 315. Personnel très gentil, petit déjeuner inclus en self service, avec omelette et saucisses pour les amateurs ! Belle piscine intérieure, chambre spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée (pour 1 personne).

La chambre a connu des jours meilleurs : canapé déchiré, murs abîmés, rideaux défraîchis, c’est dommage et ce n’est pas à la hauteur d’un Hilton. Ménage un jour sur deux mais sans vérifier les équipements donc j’ai dû demander une boîte de kleenex et du shampoing, le flacon dans la douche, fixé au mur, était vide… pas cool quand on est déjà sous la douche ! Le ménage manque de supervision.

Overall it was pleasant and a lot of room for the price. Great location if you want to stay outside of downtown.

Room was nice and big. Clean facilities. Staff was nice.

Minor issues with the fridge seal being broken. Shower faucet worked but looked like it was falling off the wall. Everything still worked though.

Great place to make a getaway to see the zoo and COSI

Perfect location, great space for kids, pool was lovely, delicious breakfast

The sofa bed was terrible, it was like a mountain with a peak in the middle and two slopes. Please fix this bc other than that it was the prefect location and hotel.

Near family and restaurants. Generally quiet and comfortable. Easy check in and check out

Breakfast they supplied was not good especially the French toast. Could break your teeth on that. They only offer room cleaning if you ask. They could at least knock on the door and ask once in awhile for that price.

Enjoyed our stay of 10 of us with 3 rooms for our weekend concert visit.

Loved the location - rooms were clean and quiet - Price was a little high for the suite but it was a good choice. The free waters and breakfast was great too. We would be back for sure - thank you

The location is exceptional. Easy highway access and lots to walk to to eat or drink or do things.

I was given a room that I couldn’t even sleep everyone that was with me, was promised a roll away bed to make up for the missing bed and they “ran out” there for I had a kid sleeping on couch cushions on the floor.

Exceptional stay at this hotel!!

The location was great. The room was super clean and large enough for two flat screen tvs on opposite ends of the room. Was perfect for two people who have way different viewing networks. The hot buffet style breakfast was great. We had an awesome stay, thank you, Homewood Suites. 👍👍

My wife and I kept competing for each TV volume. Perhaps some sort of room divider design would be my only suggestion. 😊 With this in mind, we still had an exceptional stay.

One of the best properties I have been to lately

The location was great the breakfast was good the rooms were very spacious and clean the furniture was comfortable and so were the beds everything was really nice

There was two things I didn't like one was the parking situation especially with my husband's work truck he couldn't fit in the garage and all the spaces right out front of the hotel in the parking lot we're too small we had to park where we couldn't see the truck the only other problem we had was the light on the electric outlet that that goes on when you push tester reset was broken and my husband got electrocuted plugging in his beard trimmers

Great location service lacking

Location is wonderful; bed was comfortable;

Outlets falling out of walls; no USB Charging in rooms; called for more towels and soap twice and never received any ( we had a 4 night stay)

Staff not helpful but location was great

the location was perfect for the reason we were visiting

The staff. Everyone with the exception of Alfonzo the accountant was rude. The blue haired lady at the front desk was not helpful and her attitude was disgraceful. There was not pillows in our room for the pull out couch so we had to share them from the bed. We could hear every move the people above us made. it was hard to sleep. We checked out one night early. I was aware I was not going to get money back for that night but the assistant manager who checked me out made me feel like I was doing something wrong. It was a very disheartening experience.

Awesome Mini vaca

I liked everything about the hotel probably one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a really long time the pool was nice and not over crowded and the front desk staff was amazing and always friendly and the gentleman that checked us out actually caught that we were over charged and didn't get our discount and fixed it for us he was amazing

The only thing I will say I really didn't care for was our last morning there the breakfast was not that great and my husband asked one of the workers a question and got attitude and the worker just seemed like they were having a bad day the first morning our breakfast was good and the staff seemed to all be In good moods . And don't let this not make you wanna stay here Cause even with this I give this stay a 10 out of 10

Great place for an overnight!

We stayed here to attend a concert at the Schottenstein Center. The location was PERFECT for that. Beds were comfy. We were on the top floor so it was quiet. Also like that breakfast was included.

While I liked that breakfast was included, I wish it was open until 10 am. Breakfast shuts down at 9. Normally I am an early bird, but our event was late the night before, so we barely had time to run down and grab something the next morning.

The location can’t be better. We loved that .

The wall water filter next to the gym wasn’t working . We didn’t know they had a pool I didn’t see that on the amenity list . It is a small pool very cute. Families love it .
