I was furious so canceled and went to stay at a hotel that operates using the 24 he clock.

Having booked and arrived to check-in I was told after card payment and iD had been taken that the hotel could not fulfill my stay as it was not Friday ( the start date of my one night) Per Omni, although it was 3am Friday morning, their rules state that it was still Thursday. WTF!!!

The Omni was very clean and personnel were extremely friendly. Great location.

Location was amazing. So many options for food and entertainment in walking distance.

The pool bar was not open on the evening we reserved. Unfortunately my wife picked that hotel for that one reason.

awesome stay

The wife and I liked Everything about the hotel. From the room, to the customer service, to the restaurant inside the hotel, food was good also was open long hours for breakfast lunch and dinner. We also liked how we were able to stream our netflix, Xfinity, and Paramount+ accounts easily.

The only two things me and the wife didn’t like were the pillows, and half door shower got the restroom floor all wet when the shower was used.

I love this hotel and will stay here again. of course, I will bring my own pillow.

The location, the cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff, the decor etc.

The bed pillows were extremely flimsy. I did not sleep well.

came to town for the conference usa basketball tournament

your forced to pay for valet or walk a half a mile away. bathroom had no ventilation.

The hotel was a short walking distance from where our training event was being held. The property was beautiful and very well maintained, but that wasn’t the best part, it was the staff that made our trip so amazing. My sister went with me to a training event. It could have been a bad time because the airline forgot to transfer my sisters luggage and we did not rent a car we just used Lyft drivers. The closest Walmart or Walgreens was 4 or 5 miles away so we couldn’t just walk over there real quick to get the necessaties and we were on a tight schedule. When we arrived at the hotel we told the front desk staff, Ryan, Sebastian and Maria, that the airport might be dropping off my sister luggage. They were so friendly and helpful, they offered us a toothbrush and comb : ) We ended up taking another Lyft ride back to the airport to get my sisters luggage and when we arrived back to the hotel it was Bismark who greeted us this time. We only stayed 2 nights at the Omni Frisco, but those 4 staff members really made our experience exceptional. We would highly recommend this hotel because the staff was so amazing and the property was beautiful : )

From the minute we got on property till we checked out, we were always greeted with friendly staff. Our view from our room was beautiful. Our room itself was clean, and comfortable. There was constant activity and noise outside due to it being a game weekend, but once in our room the sound was gone. Definitely worth the splurge while we were there

overpriced for ill-placed room

everything was wonderful except the room location.

everything was wonderful except the room location. i was not able to open my curtains bc the room was on a floor where people were constantly going back and forth RIGHT outside my window. i would have NEVER picked a room where i could not open the curtains, and if i had opened them, people would be directly looking into my room and at me. thats how close they were to my window and people are loud. this ruined the beautiful room for me. i hate not being able to enjoy natural light but even more, i hate people roaming about my window all day and night. never will i ever again. one and done for me!

Great stay with minor inconvenience

The staff were extremely helpful

There was a slight booking mixed up between the hotel system and the third party. The hotel cleaning staff should pay more than the usual attention to the base of the toilets.
