Überteuert und unserer Meinung nach nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Lobby sieht architektonisch ansprechend aus und unser Zimmer war sauber und größentechnisch vollkommen in Ordnung.

Die Mitarbeiter waren unmotiviert und beim Hotelinternen Starbucks zusätzlich noch sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent. Die Preise sind noch teuerer als auf dem Strip in Las Vegas und unser Brötchen waren bei Übergabe an uns komplett mit dem Plastik der Verpackung verschmolzen, da es zu stark erhitzt wurde. Bei unserer Reklamation wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das so sein muss. Da wir jedoch damit nicht einverstanden waren, machte er uns nochmal neue Panini - diese waren jedoch ebenfalls verbrannt und ungenießbar und wir warfen sie letztendlich in den Mülleimer. Das Angebot an Restaurants lässt generell zu wünschen übrig, so dass wir doch tatsächlich nach Palm Springs zum Abendessen und Frühstück gefahren sind. Wir persönlich finden die Poolarea nicht richtig ins Hotel integriert, da alles durch Zäune abgeriegelt ist. Bei uns war diese auch extrem voll, so dass selbst unsere Kinder (16&18 Jahre) nach 1 Std. wieder gehen wollten. Es gab nicht genügend kostenlose Liegeplätze am Pool (bei 115F /46C) und die die frei waren und einen Sonnenschutz hatten waren unbelegt, da sie kostenpflichtig sind!! Ich habe noch nie für Liegeplätze an einem Hotelpool bezahlen müssen - ein absolutes No Go!

Just Okey!

Water park

For very simple stuff you should pay a big bucks. Like a bed beside the pool is $300 a day, for dog you pay $150, parking you pay $30 day. Breakfast too pricy ($40 per person)

wonderful and relaxing

room was great and roomy. fridge worked well. staff friendly and accommodating. air conditioning was wonderful. food at restaurants great, coffee in room was good.

all good. cleaning girls did not speak english so a bit of a challenge to communicate with, but they made it work

Wonderful relaxing retreat in the desert.

Wonderful newly decorated rooms. Amazing pool, slides, and lazy river. Nice drink and food options at pool.

I booked a king room with sleep couch, we were put in a room without couch so after calling to complain they switched us

Kids activities

Was nice but our room reeked of paint. Not impressed with food I ordered a salad to go from nice restaurant in there was sent with plastic container of salad like I’d get from a gas station.

Other than that.. the facility was great!

Kid friendly!

The first secretary Sara.. was not friendly. She stated that my original room would be blocked by a wall due to the renovations. I asked her if she had a room available that wasn’t near the construction.. she puffed and unhappily provided me with a room that was out of the construction zone.

THE WORST VACATION I HAVE EVER HAD!

With the exception of its location, my experience has been subpar. I paid $500 per night for a room that overlooked a construction site, featured an overcrowded pool, and offered just one hot tub. The quality of the food is unsatisfactory, and the sole redeeming aspect appears to be the presence of Starbucks. I would rate this establishment as a 1-star hotel, and I must admit that I feel I may have overpaid given that the quality does not align with the price point.

I’m hoping that you credit me for being overcharged!

The wedding we attended at resort was nice, food was great!

The construction going on. The over priced rooms were ridiculous. I paid over $1200.00 for two nites. I talked to desk and they said it would change to $425.00 per nite, but that didn’t happen! The artificial grass at outdoor venue for wedding needs to be vacuumed or washed down! It was dusty and dirty on everyone’s shoes and feet!

Labor Day weekend extravaganza

The water park is always a hit with my girls. They were baking firewood pizzas at poolside and had several activities for the children. The staff is always very polite and accommodating and do a great job at keeping the facilities clean even at full capacity.

It was CROWDED! Understandable for labor day weekend. Annoying yahoo behavior from guests not being respectful of others, and acting a bit intoxicated. Not the hotel's fault though. Very fun weekend. Definitely prefer going on a quieter date, but definitely worth it.

We liked the water slides and the lazy river.

We paid almost 600USD per night!! And they didnt even arrange enough seats near the pool to accommodate all guests. We had no available chair for over two hours. Should have brought chairs from home.

Worst stay ever.

The service was of poor taste. Our entire group was disappointed with service after how expensive everything was.

Personnel was dismissive with everyone. Needless to say about the restaurants were expensive with little to no variety. And there was human feces in the pool. On the 1st day there was no one servicing for food or drinks. Let’s not begin to talk about the cabanas, it was way to small to accommodate our party size.

We had a great weekend getaway. My girls had a blast at the water park and exploring all the pools.

Everything was great! Food was great and pools were awesome. Located to tons of restaurants but food at the resort was also good

Very clean facility. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Prices for the food and drinks were a bit out of control but the facilities were well kept and clean.

My family and I had a great stay overall. The staff were helpful and the whole resort was beautiful

Would have made the trip better if breakfast included with the stay an maybe the option to use the wrist band to make purchases instead of having to bring a phone out.

The room we booked was for a Mountain View but we didn’t get that. We didn’t bother to make any changes since our request to have room near by were provided

Rooms are way over priced lots of extra chargers for what we paid for two room could of had a great time in Laughlin all 5 pools where like bath water grand kids loved the water slide but that was it

Family-friendly pool areas!! Staff was great!!!

Cleanliness of the rooms!! Dust on the headboards, there was hair in the sheets & dirty blow dryer with hair. The shower, water flow temp was inconsistent!!

Disappointed!

Food was great, staff worked hard and was courteous, and room was clean. Pool bathrooms were usually clean.

At night when I took my grandkids down to the pool, there were people there that did not belong there. They had no wrist bands. They made us very uncomfortable, I didn't feel safe so each night we could not enjoy the people. My daughter and I noticed that it wasn't the same people during the day. Was very disappointed! They need to have security to watch the gates, for the safety of all the children.

Sofa sleeper was really rough. Pool does not open until 11am. We could not find a place to eat dinner after 830pm. No info in the room on surrounding areas to eat. Another of people pool was full. All pools
