Tolles Zimmer mit Blick in den Petco Park, extrem nettes und hilfbereites Personal, bequeme Betten, viel Liebe zum Detail. Komfortabler Zugang zum Konzert. Perfekt!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We purchased zoo tickets and the amazing gentleman told us about the double decker bus tour. That was such a fun tip to start our journey!
The walk across to the game was amazing. The room was cleaned daily. Very impressed!
The bathroom door was tricky for privacy. It had to be positioned just so.

4.3
Location and view was great
Cleanliness of the room, i noticed dust in the bathroom, but it wasn’t a big deal, or would it put me off staying.
4.3
very helpful staff ease of checkout
There was awful, horrible so called music playing far too loudly in all the public spaces, even outside. all.the.time.
4.3
Long like at the desk.
4.3
Staff was extremely helpful especially when my wife left her phone in our room at checkout. We called from airport and they had the phone in security already. Was able to get it back before our flight left! Staff was amazing the whole stay and extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the area.
4.3
The property was very well-kept. We loved having the restaurants in the hotel and the pool was nice.
The beds are very small and uncomfortable. The parking is quite expensive especially when you factor in tipping every time you want to leave.
4.3
The staff was extremely pleasant, respectful, courteous and professional.
Nothing, Everything was beyond my expectations.

The staff were super friendly throughout our stay and accommodating. We stayed with our daughter (1.5 years old) and the fridge in the room was not going to keep her milk cold enough. We called the front desk and asked for a kettle and fridge. Within 10 mins they had staff delivering these to our room and helped set up. The room was clean and big enough to have a crib. The location was great walkable to a lot of restaurants and the new children's museum. It was also nice to know the hotel had direct access to the stadium (if we went to see a game).
Getting into the drop off area for velvet was very hectic. The driveway isn't really big. We felt like we had to get in and out quickly and trying to get our daughter into her carseat was hard. The rush didn't help. Upon leaving they kept asking us to move up a little when a car left but we weren't ready (she was not in her seat properly).

Great location, good rooms and well equipped fitness center
Customer service was very poor.

Location is great and staff very professional and accommodating.
Thought Lobby area would have been larger with more seating for guests.

We liked the location, the room, the gym, the bar. Also liked the pool area.
Nothing.
4.3
The hotel location is close to the gaslamp quarter and away from the noisy party area!! Easy to park and it’s easier to use Valet. The staffs are friendly and very helpful with all our inquires.
not at all but except needed to frankly remind the housekeeping staff to replace the complimentary bottle of water everyday.

The location is excellent. Great room and wonderful view of Petco. The bar area is nice as well. They gave us two coupons for either a drink in the bar or a cup of coffee. Two free bottles of water were provided in the room as well. Staff was wonderful too.
The hotel does not have a shop for sundries or snacks. Also I couldn't find any vending machines. The eating options are not great. Breakfast was very pricey and disappointing. The bar menu sucked, basically. I walked up a blocked just to buy snacks from a street vendor!
4.3
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was wonderful, close to the Gaslamp area and convention center. Front desk staff were mostly helpful.
The closet door slammed shut, while the drawers in the dresser wouldn't stay open. One of the drawers contained the coffee maker, weirdly. Who makes coffee in a dresser? Unfortunately there wasn't room for it anywhere else. I have also had trouble getting my receipt emailed to me. Evidently they used the wrong email address, and I am still waiting for a response to the message I sent through Booking.

Awesome location can walk to gaslight, Petco Park, waterfront. Very clean and good facilities.
There during opening Baseball week so had to use Valet which was over priced comparative with other hotels. Hot water was only Luke warm and seemed to be an issue for whole hotel.
