Just adequate Furnishings, no windows, sliding door did not open - fire hazard, beds nice too big for room - access to closet difficult

For the most part it was great

The location is the best ever, we have reserved it again for all of Feb 2024

The second bed in apt 6 makes it very hard to get to the closet

It was a good visit despite the red tide. I would come back.

The location was very convenient. The hostess kept me informed of everything I needed to know without me asking.

It wasn’t horrible but I didn’t like the fact that the ac ran constantly. It never turned off.

I would love to gatekeep this secret for myself, but Leila the property manager was so wonderful that I can’t help but rave about how amazing our stay was! She was super attentive to our needs even before we arrived and all through our stay. She was so nice to our family and truly made it an amazing stay. Not to mention how nice the apartment itself was. It has everything from a full kitchen, lots of space, laundry, designated parking, and an exceptional location! I highly recommend the Alamanda Villa to anyone looking for a nice vacation spot right in front of the beach. We will be returning every year to the same spot!

There was red tide in the ocean at the time of our arrival. I recommend checking the weather before booking, but it was still tolerable and a great trip.

Awesome location and unit we were in we could see ocean

2 things issues with television in bedroom and when ac went off 2 of the ladies that were in common area said it would warm up pretty fast before coming back on

That we could walk right out on the beach and not cross any roads. Enjoyed the private pool on the property and appreciated the designated parking, being that the area the apartment is located gets crowded due to the public beach being right there.

This apartment was located so close to the public beach. The majority of our stay was over a long weekend and the benches under the trees were always occupied by 7am. So, if you want to get one of them you need to get there extremely early. Luckily, on the property there is a nice area with tables and umbrella to sit at.

Nice lace to stay in such a beautiful island

Best location. We were right next to the beach and kind of like in the middle of the island. I love the place. Very clean they had a lot of towels the beds were very comfortable the kitchen and the bathroom worked perfect. Greatly recommend it

We had some trouble connecting to the Internet. But once we were able to connect we had no problem

Great location, LATE Check-In, EARLY checkout. I’m a sleep-in person so that was a buzzkill.

the property was great, location incredible.

check in and check out are 5 hours apart so you miss almost one entire day. When asked for an extra hour so family could pick up & leave with no rush was denied, how unfortunate. Also the address online is not the actual address and missed some time going from place to place.

location is good, however there is a big parking close by, so there are plenty of people on the beach. the unit has everything what you need to stay several days for vacation

the couch was really dirty, I covered it with the towel to sit the TV was not working the bed was not comfortable - very soft mattress and also it creaked a lot when moving...

Outside appearance was much better than inside.

Location was good. Tile floors were nice and electronic lock was really convenient. Pool area was really nice but it was too hot to enjoy the private patio.

For $1300, I expected furnishings to be a bit more upscale; I felt like we were staying in a dorm room. No working lights over the stove or in the oven. Not much there to cook with. Get the wifi situation worked out instead if giving all that non-information in your book. Need second end table with lamp and get rid of that huge coffee table you can hardly move around.

Location is the best on the island!

Our apartment was great. It had everything we needed. The location was awesome, just a few steps to the beach and could walk to restaurants!

The location was perfect!

The heated pool wasn’t very heated. The bed was hard, but my husband loved it…you can’t please everyone.
