Not worth it

The bed was comfy and the hotel is quiet

It wasn’t clean: the carpet, curtains and even the SHEETS had stains!!!!! Also it felt like they did not clean the bathroom after the last person who stayed at the room left. Even after we asked them to clean it, it stayed the same. TERRIBLE WI-FI, really terrible connection. Horrible breakfast and the people who work here are not nice.

Hotel très proche des transports, personnel très aimable et à l'écoute. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipée La literie est de bonne qualité

Great hotel. Location is great for public transport.

Good location as close to the subway number 7 line is 5 min walk takes you right into Manhattan. Shopping Mall across the road. Don’t be put off by the location as the planes and trains you don’t hear after a while. Breakfast was eggs waffles cereal ect.

The Male on the front desk when checking us in he was so rude only said about 2 words and none of that was thank you or any information about the hotel. Not a great person to have promoting your business. The female staff were so friendly and helpful. Perhaps management need to train him on customer service.

There was lady that works in the kitchen that was giving certen people as of color attitudes. I ask the lady can she or u put some butter on the waffle maker and she said she did put butter on the waffle machine. But there's other that's in the kitchen area that's also using the waffle machine. And the waffles are sticking on to the waffle maker. But that's why I was asking her for the spray and she replacedly said that she put butter on there already but with a attitude. And i askes her multiple times with a attitude back and authentic she left the kitchen and came back and another employee can into the kitchen went to her and came to me and asked me for credentials. I denied for him to see my information about me. And he ask for my info repeatedly and I replacedly denied for his request of asking me for my qua denials. So he said that he was going to call the cops since I wasn't co-operating so I told him to go and call them.

the breakfast was an Asian buffet, the entire hotel reeked from the smell. Staff was constantly busy doing other things to check in or out, even ask a question. The rooms were run down and dingy.

That it was located near a mall.

They offer continental breakfast but would not allow me to take my breakfast back to my room. I was working remotely and wanted to bring coffee back to my room and was told I couldn't. When I complained to the front desk they suggested I order food from Uber. I complained to the manager and he told me that they didn't allow it because people take to much food back to their rooms.

Very good

Amazing stay over christmas. right next to the shopping mall which has a target etc. 5 min walk to station which takes you straight to central in a 40 min journey. loads of restraunt/shops around. lovely rooms very clean.

can get quite cold in the night and breakfast wasn’t the best not much to eat, but other than that was a lovely stay. been back over a week and still haven’t got my £200 deposit refunded??

So Cold...

It's location

As soon as you walk into the hotel it reeked of cleaning products which was completely overwhelming to me since I cannot take very excessive odors. The floors did not have any carpet and the hallways were warmer than the actual rooms. They I didn't even say it. The hotel and I wasn't even refunded any money. I asked for a refund. I did not stay at the hotel at all and I did not receive it. Refund.

Perfect for a short stay with a convenient location next to the Sky View Center

Great location right next to the Sky View Center (has a Target!) and has tons of food options. Bigger sized room compared to what you would get in Manhattan. Modern decorations and furniture. The air conditioner didn’t work so we called the front desk and they sent someone up right away.

Bathtub had markings that made it look dirty. They are a non-smoking facility but the hallways smelled like smoke - might be incense? Carpets are a little worn and dated.
