This was a great place to stop while hiking the Arizona Trail. I really appreciated being able to do laundry.
There were no coffee/tea making supplies in the room.

Nothing it was miserable
My husband and I traveled there in separate vehicles due to his work we arrived 3 or 4 hours before check-in time so we parked his truck off to the side I went in the office met the lady told her I had a reservation but that we were going to go explore the area and would come back out check-in time. We got back at check-in time she gave this the key I went in the room it was scalding hot in there she didn't even bother to turn the air condition on it was 108° outside this is a brick wall building so all the heat was radiating in. Then she tells me there's only one set of towels in the bathroom if you want more towels you have to come get them from me there's two adults why would she give me one towel she should put two towels in the bathroom this place has no consideration whatsoever for their customers. To me on a very hot summer day 100° or more when you walk into a hotel room it should have a comfortable cool feel to it doesn't have to be freezing cold but it could at least be 78°, but this place didn't even bother to turn their conditioner on. I never would recommend this I'll never go there again. We did not stay the night we left we went and found a different Hotel.

good location, nice staff, allowed early check in
no ice, ceiling fan was unsafe could not use

Very convenient location and great value. Facilities are basic but clean, and good where it counts most, like a comfortable bed and hot shower. Very responsive host/owner (expect to have to call them, they are not always on the premises).
Parts of the room could be in better repair, small things like caulking around shower faucets or nailing the loose door stop. Doesn't impact the stay, but for a small bit of money the room could look much less rundown.

It was right off the road and easy to find
The beds were very small, my husband's feet were sticking off the bed. Something metal outside was banging against the wall most the night. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom

Sam was a wonderful Inn Keeper… She was extremely helpful and nice!!!
Nothing…

The location was easy to get to and only a few miles from my relative who we were traveling to visit. The room was clean and not far from a cafe where we enjoyed breakfast with the locals.
I don't like to give negative reviews. I do suggest replacing the bed as it felt broken down and uncomfortable.

I wasn't looking for a fancy place, but this one was okay, easy to find.
The room didn't quite look like the photos. The bathroom was very small and the sink did not work well and the shower was very small.

It is an old hotel. There were no bugs!
The towels smelled like they were washed in dirty water. I broke my toe on the bed frame. Microwave and refrigerator were dirty.

The owner was wonderful. She joined us in our motorcycle run and bought us roses for Mother's Day. She is now a friend. The place is older, but really clean and friendly.

We did not partake of the breakfast.
We were loaned a very lovely handmade quilt for the bed. The hostess went out of her way to make it a good experience, but the facility is simply old and small. Maybe "out of date" for my traveling tastes.
The room and bed was much smaller than I expected. The room had some smell of tobacco.

The owner is very nice and helpful. Very clean room, i can tell its been upgraded recently. Easy walk to Restaurants, the owners are slowly improving this little motel. She made us feel very welcome. we would stay again
Parking can be a little tight otherwise its manageable , we would stay again

Shabby and overpriced.
Nice and pleasant staff. But a poor facility. Needs lots of improvements. $$$

Even though it was on a major street it was quiet at night. And the room was really clean and the owner very sweet.
Room was small but hotel is old.

The location is great, it’s cute on the outside. Owner was very friendly. Beautiful views. Spacious rooms. Lots of hot water for the shower. Aircon worked well.
Just a bit tired. Not dirty, just needs a some tlc- specifically new bedding and pillows. New clean towels- ones in bathroom were tired. Maybe new paint. The room was run down but would take much to make it more comfortable.

The view & location was fantastic!
The swamp cooler did not work properly. It was uncomfortably hot in the room. No covered parking, gravel rocks (I was Leary of my car driving over them) The shower was not clean & the interior of the room was dingy and old.

The location was great.
When we arrived we realized the room had not been cleaned. Food in kitchen area. Dirty, wet floor in the bathroom room. We ask to have it cleaned and it was done while we went out to dinner. Manager was very nice.

New owner. Very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. New coin operated laundry had not arrived. So she and her son did my load of laundry. I paid $60 for my room. A great value.
Bed could upgraded. Shower is older.
