Breakfast was awesome. The food was good and most of the servers were great to talk with
The Blue Heron Food was warm at best and seem to be struggling. The dinner we had at the Mural room was excellent.

Beautiful property, excellent staff, very clean. Everything was perfect.
Pricey, but a wonderful stay.

Stayed in a cabin that had a small extra kitchen sink with mirror, which was nice to have for makeup, while shower was in use. Also nice to wash my Nalgene. The location to the Tetons was awesome and enjoyed the cabin experience. Loved the restaurants - diner and breakfast buffet - although expensive.
The heat/cool feature - the dial in Unit 531 was worn, so wasn’t sure how to set the cooling, if they even had an AC so I spent the night sweating. The restaurant staff were super nice, although many didn’t know what they were doing yet as the season just started.

The location and view are perfect, but then again, you’re in Grand Teton National Park, so anywhere you choose to stay is going to have amazing views. There are plenty of hiking trails, and the resort’s location is great for exploring Grand Teton or Yellowstone.
There was black mold in the bathroom and the floors were filthy. The diner at the lodge got our food order wrong each time we ordered - the last time they lied to us about a food allergen - which is illegal. We were told by staff that there was no cleaning service, but because we were staying 5 nights, on the third day we would receive towel service. The first day a maid went door to door at our room. The second day, while leaving the room, we had to ask two maids to not clean, because they entered as we were getting in to our car. The third day we began getting notified of fraudulent charges on our backup credit card that was left on the bed Monday while we were exploring. Monday night the charges started and lasted until Wednesday when we cancelled the card.

Room was dirty and plastic still on windows and for the price I expected more

Friendly staff. Good location. Cute lodge. Bathroom was nicer than I expected. My favorite part is having breakfast at the lake and walking on the trail.
Disappointed at the renovations/construction occurring at the main building which blocked the view of the lake through the windows. (But this was a month ago, it might be gone by now??)

The location is fabulous
Thanks to the comments on booking.com we were well prepared. We had purchased food for two days (breakfast, lunch and cold dinner).
This precaution was necessary.
The dinner situation was indeed a total chaos.
In 1979 we visited then communistic bratislava, and we had the same type of experience. In hindsight both experiences will be the stuff for years of stories to tell to friends.

excellent location - views and comfort. will return again.

The location was excellent. The lodge is stunning.
It would’ve been really nice to have a microwave. In our opinion, it is odd to have a refrigerator but no microwave. Even though we didn’t want our sheets changed every day to conserve water, would’ve been nice to at least get some fresh towels. For the price we paid, just didn’t feel it was worth it.

expensive; main bldg a bit worn

Location. Cute retro cottage rooms.
Very disappointed in how they handle dining. Reservations only and must be through Open Table.
When I tried to book a rez, Open Table could not find it. When we went in person... too late... booked up.
Other people obviously made it work. We were unable. Maybe operator error, but I am no slouch in the app or IT world. A reasonable backup plan of being able to make rez in person would’ve been reasonable.
When we decided to get snacks at the nearby gas station with a “minimart” sign on it... found it closed. A waiting driver for the Lodge sympathetically told us it was closed a year ago... no one changed the sign.
Good thing we had Pringles.

Location is the main one for this place. Completely overpriced for what you get.
The rooms are quite outdated for the price you are paying. Be prepared not to have TV in your room.

The view from the lodge. Staff was very nice and helpful. Had a small fridge to keep things cold. Only 30miles from Yellowstone.
No TV. Price was a bit high for the room. No view from the room. Only one restaurant open.

Restaurant food was below par, lukewarm and expensive, staff not helpful. A disappointing stay.
