This room was not clean, had bugs in bathroom and on towels There were bugs in the mattress creases. Had to leave in the middle of the night. Expect a refund

Would stay again for a late night place to crash after a concert, not with intent to spend much time there

Price and our room was ground level and kinda tucked away

Our bathroom door did not close. We were unable to get in the pool area with our key card.

Bad, definitely would not stay here

I did not like it. The hotel I was supposed to stay in cancelled my reservation and all the hotels in Albany were booked. My husband found this hotel because someone cancelled and I had no where to go. I sat in the room and it smelled like urine.

The room smelled really bad and it was dark. I did not end up staying in the room. I managed to speak to manager of first hotel and they found a spot for me not in their hotel but another one.

Will not stay here next time I visit.

Location was OK. Close to family.

I ordered a non-smoking room. When I arrived, I was given a smoking room and told that non-smoking was sold out. The smoking room was filthy. Holes in curtains, a hole someone punched in the door, and the bathroom door would not shut Stains and sticky residue everywhere.

Disappointing

location was fine for the reason of the trip, to see Luke combs at the mvp arena.

the toilet plugged. we called one time prior to leaving for concert at 330 to inform about the matter and was told someone would be up to assist. after midnight Is when we returned and the toilet hadn’t been tended to. we had to go down our selves to obtain assistance with being provided a plunger to do it ourselves. only took 1 plunge to fix the issue.

Disappointed Stay!

Location in regards to the event me and my children were attending.

Room was dirty, building was non-smoking and other guests were still smoking cigarettes and Marijuana in their rooms. The pool could not be used due to the facilities use of way to much chlorine bleach poorly ventilated causing your eyes to burn as well as your nose.

The bed was super comfy. The rooms a pretty big. And it was clean.

The pool. Very high levels of chlorine or maybe they used bleach im not sure. My son got super sick from it threw up burnt his whole skin ans bleeached my husbands bathing suit.

There was no WIFI I had to do something important which I had to skip of no wifi Lady in the morning time was rude no smiling and did not say hello looked like she was angry and did not like our faces

Very basic, but clean and quiet. Convenient location.

Room furniture and decor screamed economy, but not at an economy price. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Not a great breakfast --- glad we had other plans. Seemed like a sketchy part of town.

When I got to the room the window was open. There was a hole in the screen and the air conditioner was off. The room had to of been at least 80 and didn’t cool off till 2am. Just in time for me to wake up at 4:30.

This is very unsatisfactory for the value, the room was not clean and there were no clean sheets. the front desk person

Was treated very rudely. Staff was argumentative and belittling when checking in.

Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was good.

Clean curtains and furniture that was not broken. Staff that was not rude would be a fantastic start.
