A bit out of the way for eateries.

Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.

They put us in a room in which they knew the tv did not work...they told us upon check in there had been complaints about the tv in that room. The hotel was full so they couldn't move us and had no spare tvs. When we asked about a credit they said they couldn't give us one because we booked via Booking.com . Not a good situation in the evening with kids! Also they only do housekeeping if you are staying 3 nights or more....we were there 2. The day manager was very rude as well.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was very good with many choices including fresh fruit. Breakfast staff was very nice and they kept the food area full. There was plenty of tables to eat your breakfast.

The water backed up in our bathtub when I took a shower and still had not drained completely when we left in the morning. The gentleman at the front desk noted this to be taken care of.

Amazing stay here! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was open 24hrs!! Beautiful patio with fire pits.

The pool room was like a sauna so we didn’t spend much time in there but we had a great stay.

Tv didn't work..Water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Room clean but carpet stained. Stains on sofa. No blow dryer in my room.

Better breakfast. Cereal sucked. Fruit loops and raisin brand. ( Cheerios or rice krispies would be nice. )No bananas. I don't eat eggs and sausage. But my husband said they weren't very good.

the cleanliness and room size was amazing we had family come visit us and my 3 daughters my husband and my granddaughter plus myself were all in the room very comfy.

the bed in our room was comfy on one side but the other side caused horrible back pain.

Pretty much everything is available as needed. The bedding including the pillows are very comfortable, thus exceptional.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Huge ceilings and space, very clean, great staff, adorable hotel kitty. We had a wonderful stay.

We were VERY disappointed to find out that the pool was closed long term with no notification on the booking site. We found out when we got there and it was too late to find another hotel. The kids were pretty upset but everything else was perfect.

Breakfast could be better but then I only ate it once. Add some doughnuts or pastries

Pleasant smell walking in to the building. downstairs was very clean. Rooms were nice , for the most part clean but we had hairs on our blankets and on mattress pads and mattress cover. There was a dirty sock in the mattress pad as well.

Everything was great other than room was really cold when we arrived. It was in the 30s out and would have been nice to walk into a warm room. The rest of the areas in the hotel were also cold.

Front desk was unprofessional. Made no attempt to solve my problem before 9pm. Wanted me to get up in pjs and change rooms due to kids running wild. Hot tub not working and pool was dirty. I don’t like being accused of something I didn’t do myself. 250.00 charge for smoking in the room which didn’t happen. 9 day stay and only used housekeeping 2 times so not a burden to a hotel I paid 1000 for 9 day stay. The assistant manager upon checking out was a very rude to me and that’s not exceptable either!!! Upon my checking in on the 31st i requested a room where it would be quite and my request was never honored. I will not stay at another comfort suites or my employees. I’m a business owner for over 30 years and travel plenty as well as employees and there’s much better options. As for your so called assistant Joe he’s not an asset to your company! I’m disputing the charges on my credit card. Anyone traveling on business beware the hotel caters more to families locally who need a venue for parties. This is the second time this happened to me with children and their parents at this particular hotel. The last time I checked out at 10:30pm and went to the holiday inn express. I gave it another chance as i have a business in Marietta and based in Fl shame on comfort suites

Lady complaining downstairs on me almost every night for no reason.

The staff was extremely friendly !

The elevator broke down and had to take the stairs with a handicapped person. I’ve never understood how they built one elevator to service a three story building. It should have 2 guests elevators and one freight elevator for staff. Dumb architecture and dumber inspection permits to allow this. It was fixed by morning but it is a statement to poor CEO management.
