There are no words to describe our dismay about our room and this property. It took over 30 minutes just to wait to chec

Actually not too much at all. It looked somewhat nice at night with the lights. In daytime …. It’s a run down property that was once beautiful when it was family owned and run. Location is in beautiful Manchester, but I would NEVER return to the Palmer House

Everything is I. Disrepair and dirty. Staff not friendly or inviting. The young girl at the reception desk is very intelligent and needs to bring her talents elsewhere. Her manager actually berated her in front of guests. Upon arrival we saw broken up pieces of marble around the flower beds, the structures have rotted and peeked woodwork. I can go on and on. The rooms had scuff marks on all walls, tv didn’t work, rust tub spout. Horrible conditions

The Palmer House is a clean, comfortable place, close to Manchester Center.

The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The breakfast selection was great & we enjoyed a cocktail the evening before.

Good location and beautiful property. Staff was helpful especially Jeannie at the front desk. She was friendly and helped us with breakfast and then check out. Thank you to Jeannie!

Spacious room with everything we needed.

We had a large room with free wifi, the beds were comfortable and there was a back door out to the communal grassed area where there was a large firepit which was lit in the evening so that you could sit around and meet fellow guests which was nice. Continental breakfast was good and parking outside door. There were eating places not too far away.

There were several buildings on the site and it was not immediately obvious which was the place to check in.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay at the Palmer House again.

Room was nice, the bed was comfortable. Landscaping was beautiful. Due to weather only used indoor pool which was immaculate.

We expected more of the dining room. Breakfast choices were too limited. Would have liked more dining options at the facility.

Perfect for a one night stay in beautiful Manchester at a reasonable price.

Room was spacious, clean and renovated. Nice view from window and comfortable bed. Breakfast was fair but had hot bacon and eggs. Staff was friendly.

Coffee maker in room was broken. Pillows were too large. Only one towel per person in room.

convenient nice location

convenient location easy to find almost in the center of Manchester town and popular restaurants beautiful scenery nice breakfast area with delicious breakfast warm indoor pool spacy room #20 with king size bed and pull out sofa plenty of space to dry clothes after a wet day on the mountain. easy to regulate temperature in the room can open windows for fresh air comfortable bed. not the first time we stay here

one of the sinks wasn’t draining but had another sink in the bathroom which is nice. little pricey for President s day weekend that’s why we moved to the nearby Aspen for 3 more nights at a cheaper rate. thin walls we had neighbors with running toddler and were all woken up by 6 am.

Nice environs & welcoming staffers make pleasant stay.

Large compound surrounded by pleasant environs and not far from down-town ; Comfortable rooms- although a bit old . Having adequate free parking spaces Very nice staffers.

BF with too little choices, but we knew this is off season .
