Booked a Deluxe King in Sep. 2022. Booking was confirmed. Found out the day before my travel that the reservation was cancelled without my knowledge, allegedly because my Credit Card was invalid. Resort did nothing to resolve the issue. I had to scramble to rebook but got an inferior unit (Queen with no kitchen) for $200 more. Oddly used the same credit card that they said was invalid. I guess they didn't help me correct the original confirmed booking in order to make me book at the higher rate.

I stayed at a 3 bedroom home it was quiet and used a golf cart to get around!

Good size apartments we had a 2 bed unit which concise of 2 one bed unit locked off together.
Very clean throughout the complex, very friendly and helpful staff on reception with check-in and check-out.
Location location location around 20 miles from the coast, HOWEVER we have stayed here before many years ago so we knew where Weston is but still away from many tourists attractions.

The units are very poorly insulated for sound. Whenever the people upstairs from me ran their water, it sounded like I was sitting under a waterfall. Same with any movement they made in the living room. Heard it all.

The layout of the room and the location
The constant sales pitches from check in staff, rooms are super outdated and the buildings smell weird

Suites are comfortable and great for kids. Pool was excellent, also great for kids. This facility was the right thing at the right time for us, and I’m very happy with how our stay turned out.
tile floors in the suite weren’t mopped; pool is a bit over-chlorinated; found a few cockroaches here and there (typical south Florida stuff)

It was clean, spacious and comfortable.
The room was not ready until 4:30 pm after check in time of 4:00 pm and thrñe front desk tried to collect my 150 indicentals fee twice.

Location was near the Clinic.
Our keys kept not working. One minute they would open the doors then next day they wouldn’t.

That it was easily accessible from I-75 traveling East and that it had opened for bookings during our evacuation for Hurricane Ian
1. While we ourselves took precautions and even though they boasted about cleanliness and sanitizing for their guests protection, we ended up contracting COVID. Although there were signs posted around the hotel about them sanitizing and wearing masks for guests’ protection, NO ONE in the reception area or employees in the buildings were following those guidelines.
2. Considering we had evacuated from the West Coast to escape Hurricane Ian, whenever we went to the reception area to extend our stay which initially was 9/27-10/1 then we added one night, then we added 3 nights, the room prices jumped considerably each, and every time! We didn't want to return to the West Coast until we knew about the condition of our home so we added days onto our initial stay. Also, every visit to the reception area was very lengthy.
3. They also said that they “price matched” yet the reception area people gave us a hard time at the desk when we presented them with their listing on another website and charged our credit card additional tax on top the tax that was already included in the price on that listing! After spending quite some time at the reception area the following morning, they finally gave us credit for that additional tax. Also, they have a NO REFUND policy for early check out. We left 2 days early. Absolutely NO CONSIDERATION for evacuees, and fellow Floridians, from the west coast avoiding a major hurricane. We never used ANY of their facilities, as this was not a vacation. We just went to Publix for groceries while we were masked up and from the room to the office and back again several times.
4. As an example, the hallway door is labeled 7311A & B. After going through the hallway door there are an additional 2 doors to enter 2 separate units 7311A & 7311B. All the noise, conversations and cooking smells from Room A permeates Room B and vice versa. Not a pleasant set up at all.

Size of room
Mattress on King bed uncomfortable as well as the sofa. Too much noise upstairs and outside. Made it difficult to sleep well if at all most nights.

Breakfast was never offered or included.
The unit was dirty and noisy among a host of other issues. Unit had a gnat problem, got locked out on balcony because slider door did not work properly, floors throughout unit were sticky, at 4 o`clock in the afternoon no towels available at the pool, coffee maker leaked all over counter, refrigerator door stuck, no toiletries as stated in your confirmation, mold in shower, dishes left in kitchen sink upon checking in, clock in Unit B did not work, dead palm branches was the view from the dirty balcony, check-in Staff was not knowledgeable, property staff was not helpful and many did not speak or understand English.
