Clean, well furnished rooms. Convenient location. Good staff.
Nothing specific

It was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was really good but it was a little crowded and loud.
Only thing was the small area breakfast was in and it was loud with how many people were there at the same time.

Balcony with a view of the lake. Beach.
Chaise lounges on the beach were uncomfortable

Beautiful location and super convenient to a fantastic downtown!! The front desk staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful
The breakfast was delicious but the staff was cold, rude and snotty. Two of the girls each morning spent most of the time “gossiping” and not noticing foos that needed to be filled. They seemed to be “bothered” by having to work.
4.5
Room location was on the ground floor, which was great with small kids. Also, the pool had some floaties we were able to use which was an unexpected surprise. Check in was fast, breakfast was fine.
The coffee is always a challenge, I'm a bit of a coffee snob. Everything was great, no complaints.

It was packed with kids. We didn't eat
A hockey club or tournament was in town. The 3 Rd floor common are was used for hockey with kids running up and down the halls

It was comfortable and relaxing. Love the hotel setup. The staffing was respectful and kind. The beach front was beautiful. The room was cozy and clean.

Lobby, hallways, rooms were updated, appeared new and clean. Shuttle service down town for New Year’s Eve event was unexpected but Exceptional, easy to utilize. Staff were very helpful. Their complementary breakfast was the BEST we have ever had. Lots of choices, fresh hot food, several drink options. Staff in this are kept things stocked and very clean. I won’t go to any other hotel when I stay in the Traverse City area. Thank you for a great family weekend.

the room was very clean and well taken care of. the spa was very enjoyable. checking in and out was easy. views from the room were nice.
the bed was horribly firm and very uncomfortable. a room next to us continued to argue and shout at each other all night pounding on walls. I called the front desk with concerns regarding domestic violence. they said they visited the room and asked them to be quiet, but the yelling continued all night long. further calls to the front desk got no further action.

The staff was friendly and efficient.
The accommodations were incredibly comfortable. The rooms were large and the resort was pleasantly quiet. The continental breakfast was very well done and the signature speciality coffees are a lovely touch. The whole hotel was pristine. This will be our new favorite hotel whenever we visit.
4.5
The entire place was exceptionally clean, and while there we saw many staff members intensely cleaning common spaces of the hotel. It was really comfortable. The view outside - directly on the lake - was stunning, quiet, and peaceful. There are chairs and tables for guests to sit out there. The place is a short walking distance from downtown, and it was really conveniently located.
The style inside was dated, but because it was so clean we didn't mind.

Location
Nothing really

Staff , facilities and location were 5 stars. The view and our room were perfect. The pool is great
The traffic, ouch. Not that there is much to do but being right on front street going left you take your life in your hands

loved it. will be back again one day! loved traveling front street.
little outdated.

Loved the location on the water. Totally worth upgrading to a beachside room. Loved the jacuzzi in the room
4.5
location helpful and friendly staff
dated, small for the prices I expected a lot more. I’ve paid $120 and had nicer more modern rooms without paint chipping off the wall and handrails. pool liner is lifting up from the pool making it feel very unpleasant on the feet.
4.5
location, facility, staff,cleanliness
cannot think of a negative

The kid that was picking up dead fish off the shore deserves a lot of praise. He did a great job with a nasty task.
People at the front desk were apathetic and not personable. Also, for the money one spends, one would think a bottle of water would be included in the price.

The Bayshore was spotless and the staff was great. The resort was well staffed and they did an outstanding job with breakfast. Constantly wiping down and cleaning everything in the breakfast room. We had a lake front room and enjoyed it very much. Have stayed in Traverse City many times, but this was our best stay yet. We will be back to the Bayshore Resort.
Traffic. US 31 is very busy in front of the resort and it was difficult to get out at times.
