You get what you pay for...

The size of the room.

Overall, cleanliness was a huge issue in the room. The lobby smelled and looked nice. However, the room itself wasn't swept or mopped. The shower had a lot of mildew, and the corners of the bathroom were disgusting. The open cabinets had visible crumbs, and it looked like a wet paper towel had dried and was stuck next to the kitchenette faucet. We only had 2 towels for 3 people and were told they had no more towels. After talking with the front desk, we were told a specific person would clean and resolve the issue. 2nd night, still the same and we only had 1 towel for 3 people. The 3rd day. Our room was never touched. If it wasn't for every hotel being sold out due to the game, we would have left.

It's okay.

The kitchenette was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind.

Continental breakfast was abysmal, even the coffee was bad. The light in the bathroom didn't work well and the floors were filthy.

Great location. Clean and comfortable room.

Great location convenient to downtown Pittsburgh. Plenty of stores and eating places nearby. Room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast was bare minimum. Pool was closed.

Very comfortable. Could use one more chair in room

I like my coffee. Right away in morning. Would be nice have coffee bar on each floor , just coffee. Once I have my coffe then don’t mind going down to ground floor for breakfastb

Hotel was clean, staff was very friiendly & helpful, location adequate for our needs

Liked cost. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean.

Only 1 elevator working. Had to ask for a TV remote and hair dryer, none in room. Had to get box of kitchenware, not in room. Didn't make it to breakfast but only grab bag anyway. Expected more. Luckily brought something I could eat for breakfast. Guess I'll read info better next time.

The most horrendous nightmare I’ve ever encountered .

The entire property is under construction , including elevators . The gentleman at the front desk , was not helpful , more or less had a “hurry up attitude and of course , blame the “owners” . First room I was giving had freshly used towels , an unmade bed , food , etc.. obviously it was someone else’s room I was issued a key for .. so after the 6 flights , yea 6 flights of stairs , (twice ) I was issued a different room , which is also trashed . I just traveled from upper Northeast part of the country and wanted to shower and get some rest . Construction was ongoing when I walked out a hour and 40 minutes later .. it’s mind blowing how they take your money and think nothing of the product they are offering.. please beware if you book this hotel ! Seriously beware .

Very dissappointing.

Hotel was advertised as having a swimming pool of which I called directly prior to arrival and was told it stayed open until 10pm.... but was closed when we arrived.. Also advertised rate including breakfast.... only to find out that the kitchen was under construction as well. NO NOTICE, NO verbal acknowledgement when calling directly. And NO sheets or extra pillow for pull out couch.

We booked because of amenities! Pool was closed due to maint. One elevator not working! No sheets and pillow for lullout couch! Had to ask desk for keys to work in door twice! Candy wrappers still under pull out couch! Staff was short with me ! For the money i paid i am extremely upset! Also free breakfast was sad! No salt pepper for egss coffee watery and hot water for oatmeal luke warm! Very disappointing!!

rooms not cleaned daily even after requesting on the 2bd day of my stay phones in room do not work ... no wake up calls now has perception of a transient hotel ... not suitable for business have stayed there 3 or 4 times per year for 11 years as hyatt ... will never return now as extended stay in current state no breakfast basically this place is now a mess

Very disappointing for even our short stop-over while traveling.

fairly spacious room and comfortable bed

Room wasn't stocked (only 2 bath towels and no other towels, no soap or other toiletries), several lights & outlets did not work, building elevators were frequently malfunctioning, phone in room did not work at all, kitchenette area had a microwave and small refrigerator but only the refrigerator worked (no freezer compartment, which we needed to chill ice-packs from cooler). Trash/empty drink containers left on console tables in hallways. Rather noisy.

Over all it was exceptible.

Outside was very nice.

One elevator wasn't working and the second one only went to the fourth floor. We didn't have any disposable cups or glasses in our room.

Price was reflective of expectations. Nice area.

We arrived very late but the staff person at the desk was extremely nice and accomodating.

Smell of smoke on the floor, sofa bed uncomfortable, no bedding for sofa bed in room, breakfast was not breakfast...cold water, only oatmeal available.

Disappointed and would not be back to Cranberry, PA or any other Extended Stay America..

Bed very comfortable and shower was nice…

I always chose a property which has an included breakfast…what a total disappointment! Coffee in the room but you have to drink it out of plastic cup..no mug…You should not be advertising what we were offered “breakfast”. Tea, coffee, yogurt and a pre packed honey bun is not a breakfast…we didn’t expect a hot breakfast but we were expecting donuts, muffins and possibly bagels and OJ! we have stayed at many hotels, expensive and less expensive..and have always had a nice breakfast..and this was our worst experience…. not even orange juice..no juices of any kind were offered…we took one look at that total disgrace of a breakfast and went to Dunkin Donuts…I know it’s advertised as a “grab and go” breakfast but I suggest guests “grab and go” to another hotel!

Glad it was only one night.

Location price.

Hotel needed updated. Carpet was stained and worn. Room had no washcloths, no phone, no coffee. Went down for breakfast and all they had was instant oats and coffee but no creamer. Nothing else!

Value for money. Convenient location. Spacious room. For a random plan to rest for a night, you can do this one.

Don't fancy this one for vacation stay. The room had no supply of towels, toiletries or good quality linens. It was just average and the elevator needs an overhaul. The breakfast included in the package deal is grab and go with minimal items.

The room was big

Room was not too clean and smell like someone used drugs. The breakfast was not what you would call breakfast, it was so sad, it was more like snacks. The coffee/tea was served only in the morning, so at night if you needed something warm to drink, you are out of luck. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were not too clean. I've stayed at this place when it was Home2Home, it was excellent, food, cleanliness, staff were all top notch. This was a very disappointing stay, I don't think I will go back there again.

Good location to toll roads, food etc.

Carpet in our room appeared to not have been vacuumed recently, no hand towels, wash clothes. Breakfast was not really breakfast, there was coffee/ tea, granola bars, packaged muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and some oatmeal packets. There was no hot food at all.

Excellent hotel and staff, large indoor pool, very disappointing breakfast.

The room was well set up as a suite and very comfortable. The couch had a few stains on it but otherwise room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Small kitchen area with a sink, microwave and fridge was very handy.

The breakfast was very disappointing and certainly not what we expected. Pre packaged hard boiled eggs, yogurt, instant oatmeal, cereal bars, coffee and tea was all that was offered. The setting was perfect for a proper continental breakfast as most other hotels offer.

Advertised that room included a breakfast...it did not. There was coffee and nutrigrain bars in the lobby...not even a continental breakfast.
