Beautiful place right on the square. Doesn't get any better.

Excellent elegant location. Room was large, beautiful and clean. The staff was super friendly. The 5 star restaurant is attached to the hotel. We order room service for breakfast and it was outstanding. Don't tell anyone but there is a little DIV bar in the back which we loved.

Our room didn't have much of a view but we really didn't need one, shopping was just around the corner. You can select a room with a view for a little more money. I got lost once because there are two second floors, but I enjoyed the beautiful art that is everywhere and I found the "secret library".

I think I might have ended up in the worst room in a nice hotel. The room I was given had no windows which made it feel like a cell. It also didn't have a desk or workstation.

This is the place to stay in McKinney.

Fabulous location in the beautiful old town centre of McKinney. Beautiful hotel - rooms and common areas were amazing and had the feel of a unique boutique hotel. Very comfortable bed. Room had everything we needed. Breakfast was easy to preorder, arrived on time and was both generous and delicious. Parking was easy in the lot next door to the hotel. A good selection of places to eat and drink a few minutes walk away.

. The location.

The hotel is very old and has paper thin walls. You could hear the person next door breathing. No fridge, no coffee maker, no view. Could use paint and a cleaning

Big charming and delightful

The room was big. The furniture was charming. The shower was modern and delightful.

The controls for the ceiling fan were confusing for something so simple.

Very good

This hotel was really nice. Even though it’s a landmark it’s kept very nicely. The beds are very comfortable, and most hotel rooms have a stinch especially if they’re older. This one did not. Very nice central location surrounded by food and shops.

hotel with perfect location, holiday decor was on point, had small snafu with room but they made it right!

Perfect location! decorated so cute for the holidays.

our room had no A/c with 4 adults sharing a room. may not have been too bad except it was a winter Texas heat wave the weekend we visited:( didn’t know this until we checked in and they were completely full with no availability to change rooms. they made it right the next night by splitting us into 2 rooms with no additional charge. will definitely be back!

loved the location, shame the square was blocked off for Xmas , but if in McKinney I would stay again!!

location in the quaint square was great. atmospheric, and nice bar.

car park was full- had to valet park. could hear people in the next room.

Great location for a weekend getaway; okay for business if you can handle the lack of workspace

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and clean room. Adjacent steakhouse a nice plus. Free surface parking also adjacent.

Could not connect to WiFi. Not all rooms have desks for working. Shower might be a bit claustrophobic for someone of a higher BMI. Fitness center is microscopic.

Dog in room on same floor barking continuously called desk took them at least 45 min to find owner and stop this was our 50th anniversary we were trying to sleep. Bathroom door would not shut. Shower floor very slippery,
