Beautiful retreat with private pool and amazing sunset views.

This hidden gem is BEAUTIFUL! The lanai and pool are so relaxing and the view is great for watching some of the BEST sunsets you'll ever see and some really cool wildlife (yes we saw a gator, lol). More than enough amenities for a weeks stay! Tons of shopping and restaurants in the area also. Will def rent again!

Property was really nice and comfortable but in my opinion should be renovated, small tv’s, poor Wi-Fi connection. We came in and house was dirty, bread crumbs on the kitchen table, around the house was dirt and dust. I do the hosting Airbnb in NY so, I never let my customers comes to the house like that. Of course I let the Lisa know about it and she had excuses but as I know, house was not clean. One day the maintenance guy just open the pool side door and just came in to do something in the pool, nobody let us know that he will come.

overall it was a 10 out of 10 for us and we would definitely stay here again.

I really liked how friendly the staff was and how helpful they were.

The property was beautiful. The house was clean and so welcoming.

Everything very nice, we was staying one week if you gonna compare prices for motel and hotel around this area it’s more expensive, here we got pretty good deal and real home sweet home

Quiet location, places to go in 20-30 minutes drive and cool pool, Lisa was very helpful about everything around

The house was very clean. Loved the backyard with pool and lake view. Had everything you need and manager was very responsive. Had a small issue with front door due to the sun/heat but was taken care of. If I come back to the area will definitely be renting this house again.

Just needs a front door light.

nice quiet clean place to stay

the house had everything, the pool area was great! i forgot my rings there and lisa is mailing them to me, she is truly a wonderful person!

could not watch tv because there is no cable. and it rained every afternoon so we just sat outside

Great place to feel at home and to relax. You never want to leave.

The house was very clean and Lisa showed me around to acquaint me with the house. The pool was very nice and clean, and Gerauld came out to make sure pool was clean and up to standards. He was also very nice, as was Lisa. Boris is a very good host. The house is in a very good location convenient to everything. Great to go out to the lanai, and look out over the lake, It's so relaxing. Lots of wildlife flying and swimming by. This house is wonderful for a very relaxed stay, and close enough to whatever you need to make your time here perfect. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Port Charlotte or surrounding areas. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Florida. Thank you Boris, Lisa, and Geraud, for making my stay all I could want it to be.

The onlly thing I thing could improve the stay is possibly more kitchen utensils, and a few more pots and pans, including a baking sheet. It would be nice to have more options for the televisions such as cable or satallite. There coud also be a front door light for the times you come in after dark. These would be the only improvements that I would suggest, but other then these, all is great to have a wonderful time spent here.

Great location at a great value and very peaceful neighborhood

We really enjoyed the house, pool, the location was key for us. A couple of beaches not to far away and plenty of shops and restaurants as well. Nice quiet community as well. Overall great place to stay! Would recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at beautiful Lilsis by the Lake.

Location was perfect, serene, on a small lake. Not too close to neighbors, which provided privacy. Nicely appointed, Large, screened pool with plenty of patio furniture for entire family. Not far from Fisherman's Warf.and shopping.
